Country 1: Croatia (Appetizer)
Relish Bobiči, a classic Istrian minestrone loaded with vegetables and ham - accompanied by a stand-out wine, of course. This epicurean adventure begins in the smallest city in the world as certified by the Guinness World Records, Hum, which maintains its early medieval city charm.
Country 2: Slovenia (Main Course)
Off to an inn at Rodik, nestled in the Karst region not far off from the Lipica stud-farm. Here, you’ll devour a lunch showcasing Slovenia’s gastronomic flair. Post-lunch, we’ll swing by Lipica to catch glimpses of Europe’s oldest stud farm, circa 1580, from the outside.
Country 3: Italy (Coffee)
Finally, finish off your lunch in Italy within the coffee capital - Trieste, seated at the Unity Square. Savor the finest coffee and thereafter, we slowly head back to Portoroz.
