Nice experience 🫶🏼 - I did Laguna 69, Pico Mateo and Laguna Rocotuyoc. The guides who attended me were super cool and the groups are mixed between nationals and foreigners so you can easily make friends if you travel alone like me 🙌🏼

This hike is worth the effort!! - The tour bus picked us up on time and although most of the other tourists were Peruvian the guide made sure to give us information in English. His instructions on how to tackle the hike and our time limitations were very clear. He checked in with us several times during the hike to make sure we were doing okay. The hike itself is strenuous especially with the altitude but the views are well worth it!!

Toller, anstrengender Ausflug - It was a great tour and a really good day. Thank you very much. The two disappointments are, that we planed (like written in the contract) with an end at the same place where we were collected. So we have had a longer way home with two tired kids. Further on called the contract a maximum of 20 people but there were 28 what means a litten bit less comftorbility. The tour was really good, but a lot of tourists expect what is written in the contract. Muchas gracias!

Fabulous tour for good price. Well organized and communicated - Andean Summit was very helpful with the booking of this tour and another one. Communication was outstanding. It was easy for me to step on to the tour bus from Yungay which saved me hours. The trek to the Lagune takes some motivation because it's quite demanding but the rewards are manyfold. The price is excellent for the service. Thank you!

good for the hike - was all in spanish even though requested english speaking guide and number of people spoke little spanish, tour leader spoke zero english, hike itself was super hard because of the altitude but good, hike starts at 13,000’ and ends at 15,000’ didn’t get dropped off back at hotel

Nice place, but very tired! Tour for under 40 years old - I thought information was missing. A tour like this should have much more detailed information. From the way to dress (clarification about the climate) type of shoe (walk-up trail of loose rocks) more information about the difficulties of altitude: How much water to carry per Cover; What type of food to consume before the walk; what to take to have more energy since there is no lunch. It was a "perrengue" much more than a pleasure! Very tight schedule, both to go up and down. Very little time to rest and take pictures. The guide disappeared, said he was accompanying the people with the most difficulty, the last, but I didn't see it. He only appeared at the end of the climb putting a damaged pile saying that if we didn't speed up the step we'd have to give up. I was not gonna give up after having faced more than 3 hours of climbing. I saw many people going badly because of the altitude, others giving up from fatigue. Me and my partner arrived in the race! 7km up and 7km down = 14km. Tour for young people and with good physical preparation!

Pay a few dollars more for a good company - Tl;dr: Spend $5 more and go with a decent tour company. This tour was not as advertised. We were picked up a few minutes before 5am by a taxi, then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the bus. When the bus finally came, we spent another 30+ minutes picking up other participants. This was advertised as English/Spanish - please note that the "guide" DOES NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. He also did not guide - he did not go up to Laguna 69 along with the group. Finally, we all had to stop 40 minutes at a breakfast place on the way which also was NOT included in the description - the description said to pack a breakfast for the road. This ate up time that we could have been at the lake. I want to say in advance that I know the tour operator is going to argue with everything I've said here; they told me no other English speakers had an issue. That's fine. It does not change the fact that the guide spoke absolutely no English and they are performing false advertisement. They've made it clear that they don't care about client experience, so take that for what you will.

LOUSY SERVICE / ORGANIZATION - 1. the prices they have stated on this page are not the “real” ones, when you call to confirm the purchase of the tour you made online by Tripadvisor They tell you that those prices are not the end for parties and that you must pay 30 soles more... I asked for the refund of the money and they told me that they would not refund all the money but only a percentage, they gave me no way out... since they would not refund the entire payment I was only obliged to take the tour and pay the 30 soles extra. This is the Enterprise’s responsibility to update its prices every time they want to increase in season, fully valid but this information should be recorded on the page when the user wants to purchase the Service can know the full amount payable and not be surprised once the transaction is completed. 2. When they confirmed the purchase and we agreed to pay what they requested, because we had few days here and few tour options, we didn't want to miss Laguna 69! ... they told us they would pick us up at 4.30 am, we called from that time until 5.20 am asking about our pickup, they stopped answering our phone and at 5.20 am. 5.30 am picked up a combi to take us to another waiting for us. An hour later and in the early morning waiting outside our hostel. 3. The tour includes guide and entrance fee (TOTAL SCAM) when arriving at the Lagoon we had to pay our entrance fee. And also we NEVER had a guide so it was never a tour organized or led by ANYONE, we did the tour alone and returned to our transport combi in the same way, which caused us to return 7.30 pm from Lagoon 69 and 11.40pm to our lodgings. 4. The tour also included the Laguna Llanganuco, we only stopped 5 minutes to take 3 photos and climbed we could not even enjoy the landscape.
