Sinan Mansions - A Nice Leisure and Entertainment Place. Sinan Road is a famous French-style road in Former French Concession Shanghai. There are about twenty garden houses on both sides of the street that are representative of almost all the residential styles of Shanghai in the early 20th century. There are boutique hotels, apartment hotels and enterprise mansions. Moreover, there are a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee houses, tea houses, as well as a large number of clubs, convention centers, showrooms, cultural salons, designer shops and recreational parks. Stroll down this clean and romantic one-way street and enjoy the shade of the plane trees on both sides of the road. You can feel the peace in the middle of the crowded Shanghai.
Then, we will transfer to Shanghai Propaganda Poster Art Centre and appreciate original propaganda posters from the 1940s to 1990s.
- Shanghai Propaganda Poster Art Centre - This is a private museum dedicated to collecting and displaying posters. It contains over 6,000 collections of original propaganda posters from the 1940s to 1990s. It covers chairman Mao’s time and shows the political movements that were taking place during the New China era. It was founded by Mr. Yang Pei Ming who started collecting the posters as a hobby in 1995.
Then, we will walk along Yuyuan Old Street and visit Yu Garden.
