A valid driver’s license is required to operate a snowmobile. Children and guests without a license can ride a double snowmobile with a licensed guest. The minimum age for joining this tour as a passenger is 8 years.

Exhilarating and Educational - Amazing experience! Snowmobiling on a Glacier was truly exhilarating. The views from atop of the glacier were spectacular! After the snowmobile ride we entered the Glacier and learned about its past and future. Omar was an amazing tour guide both knowldgeable and jovial, he ensured our entire group enjoyed the experience.!

This tour was amazing!... - This tour was amazing! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the snowmobiles as well as making sure we were comfortable and not too cold! Great group size as well with opportunities for pictures.

Amazing tour into the glacier! - Great trip from Húsafell. Our two tour guides, Omar and “Joe” where amazing! Omar was the one with us into the glacier and was great and they both had good humour! As an only 2 Icelandic people on the tour (except the tour guides) it was amazing and recommend it 100%!

Quintessential Iceland Experience w/ Exceptional Guide - Our very knowledgeably guide, Karen, was an outstanding tour leader while inside and outside the glacier. The experience includes quite a bit of travel time to and from the site of the tunnel, so be prepared to spend every bit of 4-5 hours taking in the magically diverse scenery.

A fun family trip appreciating the Long Glacier from above and below - This experience isn't cheap, but we had a great time. All the kit we needed was provided for us and Margrét was a great guide, both giving information and entertaining stories about Iceland and the Icelanders. Snowmobiling was fun and the walk under rhe glacier gave a real sense of the forces of nature (and what we risk losing!)

Amazing - Eya was amazing, super friendly and gave an amazing tour with lots if interesting facts! Crazy how the buses can go up and its a nice way to experience the glacier and then walking in the caves
