Highly recommended - Great experience. Very well organized. All staff were super kind and great from office to bus driver and especially guide. Out guide Jerry was just great! Incredible landscapes for us !

Amazing gorge great setup - A really beautiful canyoning trip down the rather wonderful Cetina gorge. Our guide Jerry was all over safety and made sure we had a fun time: lots of jumping in and bobbing around in the idyllic green pools, along with a fair bit of roped scrambling. It may say basic on hte lid, but don't confuse that with trivial. It's a reasonable day out on the effortometer. Cool in the water but still hot clambering around if you are a wussy Brit in hot weather, drink a load before you go. We were a mixed age party of middle aged parents and older teens along with a Danish trio who were in there 20's and fit as butchers dogs. The parents were getting knackered and experienceing type 2 fun by the end of the 3 hours. You deffo need to eat a big lunch before you go. Jerry looked after us really well and made sure we were still smiling at end. Highly reccomend, good outfit.

Super experience! - Cetina canyon is very beautiful therefore it was a great experience! Trip was well organized with flexibility to rebook in advance in case of bad weather. Stuff was professional, friendly and customer oriented. Also, we had a nice small group so if felt very exclusive.

An unforgettable experience - great fun! - My partner and I did the basic canyoning tour and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to experience the beautiful landscapes from a slightly different angle! The guides are knowledgeable and super friendly and the activity itself is very enjoyable and versatile - and great fun! We were very fortunate to be in a small group, which added to the experience. Even though the group comprised of different levels, we never had to wait around for too long and had the option to upgrade to the advanced tour halfway through.

Amazing!! - Amazing experience with Adventure Omis! We were able to jump, go down by abseiling and to swim around a wonderful landscape. Even if the water was cold mid-April, the 2 neoprene suits were perfect to enjoy all the waterfalls! Thank you to our 2 guides who were very kind and helpful during the tour. We totally recomand it!!

Great experience - I absolutely had a blast with this canyoning tour. From the departure from Omis to the canyoning itself, it's all really good organised. The guides are really helpful and have extensive knowledge about canyoning but also about any other questions about the canyon itself and it's history. I would definitely recommend going with Adventure Omis!

Best adventure - We did canyoning in Omis. The place was breathtaking!!! We have had the best experience ever!! It was so much fun and we felt absolutely safe. We were in a group approx 20 people and 4 guides who made sure that we were in safety and having fun. Guides were trained and well experienced! I loved every bit of it even the pain was satisfying next day in every part of my body!! I would definitely do it again!!!!

Professional organisation with good guides and good equipment - Nice experience, very well organised with good, professional guides. However be aware that the basic canyoning doesn’t have any big slides, only small ones, and only one big jump, of 4 meters. Be prepared to walk quite a lot and climb up and down over rocks so it requires a good fitness level. We enjoyed it because our older children switched to advanced, which was very exciting, with bigger jumps and abseiling. The group was also quite large, with three guides, and while it was all very well organised, safe and professional, it was also a bit rushed and impersonal. Overall I would still recommend it, canyoning is a lot of fun.

Split opinion…a must for adrenaline junkies…not so good for those less fit. - This is a difficult review to write fairly, because we are definitely a split group on how enjoyable this activity was. My 3 teenage boys who are fit and active would give it a five star review, they loved the clambering over boulders, the jumps and the abseiling and felt really energised. My teenage daughter, husband and myself really shouldn’t have attempted this. It is not really a beginners canyoning. We have all done canyoning in the Alps and this was far more tiring , the water level was low and so there was very little slipping and sliding, more climbing over boulders and walking up and down hills. To give adventure Omis credit, we were warned that this was the case but nothing could prepare us for how exhausting and difficult doing this for 3-4 hrs was. The team that took us were safety conscious but not fun or engaging and left us to struggle without much help. I’m sure we frustrated the other 21 people in the group at times but we were really trying hard to keep up and often got left behind. So my honest review is that if you are 45+, this is not the activity for you ( unless you have a high fitness level) but if you are a teenager or in you 20-30s and love a bit of exertion and adrenaline then this is the activity that you will remember best from your visit.
