Everything was awesome and on time - Alex was very communicative and gave some good tips to get around the huge museum. Everything was on the schedule, no waiting or inconveniences. The van was comfortable. Recommend.

Must see in Houston - Maybe its because I have lived long enough to remember everything I saw but it is an amazing experience. Storting with an actual 747 with a space shuttle mounted to the top as you enter - breathtaking. Educational, informative, interactive and fascinating. Make sure you take the red shuttle to see the Saturn V rocket. To do this you must get a boarding pass while you are there - free but limited.

Chill’n in the back yard! - We decided to take a tour of the NASA SPACE CENTER here in Houston through Fun Dallas Tours and we’re sooo glad we did. We could have just went there but the money spent was well worth it. It was like touring with your best friend. We learn a lot of things which we never knew before. Alex which was our driver and owner of the company was awesome. From start to finish! He was also kind to us … as in not leaving for going over unintentionally on the time. We were glad we got to know him!
Part 2:
During the tour of the NASA SPACE CENTER we learned again so much information that it actually took longer than what we had planned. Their was so much more we didn’t know versus what we did now… and we didn’t get to take it all in but next time we will. A big shout out to “Walter” a former engineer of NASA back in the 1960s. Walter explained a lot of things to us by the way who is now a volunteer tour guide in the big white building. I hope I have his name right but it made sense of what we were seeing and how things worked and why there are 3 astronauts usually on board. Everything made more sense afterwards which made it a better experience for us.

Worth a Visit! - We took advantage of the white tram ride and enjoyed the visit to Mission Control. The only negative is that NONE of the experience is planned to assist individuals with hearing impairment. It would be very simple to use whisper head sets for select individuals or provide captioning on the tram monitors for the tram talking. Similarly, inside Mission Control no accommodation is made for individuals needing hearing assistance. Hmm, also the movie in the main area (which is excellent) was not captioned either! NASA - you can do better with accommodations!
In the afternoon, we participated on the VIP astronaut training tour. This was fantastic and although steep in price, worth the unique experience. Alice was a superb guide... has incredible knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject. 10 star on this portion of the trip.

Refund my money - Hello Sir
This a humble request, we didn't get proper experience in NASA and the money is refundable if possible please refund our money as soon as possible! The ticket refund can be done under 48 hours and it's still not 48 hours done!
