Beehive Bend - Shortly after meetup, we will take our shuttle 15 minutes upriver to the put-in at Banks, ID. After a thorough safety meeting, we will begin our journey down the river.
During this 7 mile beautiful stretch of the main Payette River, you will experience some of the best whitewater Idaho has to offer.
We will pass through several class…
- Beehive Bend - Shortly after meetup, we will take our shuttle 15 minutes upriver to the put-in at Banks, ID. After a thorough safety meeting, we will begin our journey down the river.
During this 7 mile beautiful stretch of the main Payette River, you will experience some of the best whitewater Idaho has to offer.
We will pass through several class II and III rapids, including Go Left or You’re Fired, Bennett’s Rock, and AMF just to name a few.
Even with the excitement of the rapids, there is still plenty of time to swim, relax, and enjoy the scenery and wildlife.
The trip will end back at the meeting location at Beehive Bend.

Trips will meet at the takeout at Beehive Bend Recreation Area located 7 miles north of Horseshoe Bend, ID on Highway 55- located around Mile Marker 71.5. Please arrive 15 minutes before trip time to allow time for parking. Look for us with the shuttle bus and pink rafts!

Cool Runnings - My wife and I had such a great experience. Staff and equipment was outstanding. Great way to cool off during the warm Summer weather. Beautiful scenery just an hour North of downtown Boise.

Awesome afternoon with my grandson - Sydnee and Taylor were great. She was really knowledgeable, fun, and so sweet to my 6 year old grandson. My grandson had a blast, and so did I! I would definitely recommend them.

Experienced Rafting Guide, Lots of Fun! - My husband and I went rafting with Sydnee this past Sunday and had the best time! The time flew by and we cannot wait to come back and go again. Our raft held us along with two other pairs which was the perfect amount of rafters (or pirates as it turned out to be in our case lol) so it was not crowded or overwhelming. Sydnee was incredible, she is very knowledgable and obviously experienced as a guide which created a very comfortable environment for us as first timers. There was a good mix of level 2/3 and floating so that we were able to experience some exciting rafting as well as some relaxing moments to take in the scenery. Additionally, while we were floating, another member of the AMF Rafting team took photos of us throughout several of the rapids and they turned out incredible so that was a nice souvenir to have! We highly reccomend AMF Rafting and will definitely be returning!

Fun and Awesome! - Great great great guide and the owner was so sweet. Well organized, fun and just a great time. It was a beautiful and fun ride perfect for any level of experience. We had a blast. Equipment was in great shape, meeting place was easy to find and just whole process was smooth as butter. Would recommend to anyone.

Teen boys impressed need I say more - We had a great time out on the water with Claire. It was just my teen boys and myself which made it so personable. We felt completely safe and all want to do it again which says a lot coming from teen boys. Also lets take a second for the pink raft 😍. I'd 100% recommend AMF to anyone!

Awesome experience for two Texans! - Had a great trip Clair our guide and Sydnee were awesome, going the extra mile to make our trip cool, took action photos, parked on a beach and let us swim and hangout, definitely recommend! And it is a beginner friendly portion of the river which I was nervous about! Highly recommend!
