An intro to HK - Helen was our guide and she did a fantastic job at narration and guiding. Helen is a local and full of information about HK history. Her selection of restaurant for lunch was A1…there was a line waiting when we went in and one when we left so that tells you everything about the place! Please be prepared for a lot of walking on this tour…a lot! I would recommend this to most able people for an introduction to HKG! Did mention a lot of walking? Stairs too

An excellent way to spend a day in Hong Kong - Our guide Monica was fantastic and very accommodating to all the visitors. She was patient and answered all our questions. She was able to give excellent local insight into the history of the places we visited. We got great tips in where to eat and drink. We totally enjoyed the tour today and would highly recommend this to our friends. Thank you Monica!

Great introduction to HK - Monica was very knowledgeable about HK history bringing each location to life. The stories about the history of the food shops was fantastic. Great introduction to HK for a quick stopover or to begin a more thorough journey.

Great insight into Hong Kong and its colonial past - Our walking guide San guided us from the Central Market building, along the longest escalator series in the world. He explained the history of Hong Kong which helps understand where it sits today geographically and politically. We saw a famous tea shop and sampled iced tea (delicious) as well as the famous Hong Kong custard tart. We saw a precinct in the CBD preserved for its historical value where the original police headquarters and prison and were given a great explanation of its history. We walked to the very interesting Man Mo temple and learnt a little bit about some of the local’s religious practices. After this we were given a dim sum lunch at a very busy restaurant. The lunch was delicious. Following this we took a ride on a double-decker tram and caught a ferry back to Kowloon (where we were staying). The guide, San, was a really nice man and very knowledgeable. We learnt a little about traditional Chinese medicine as were perused the items for sale in some of the traditional Chinese food and medicine stores. Overall, a great experience. Special mention to a new friend,Stewart whom we met on the tour.

Delightful tour with Gary - What a memorable day with Gary. This tour covered the history of Hong Kong, the lifestyle of Hong Kong residents and so many sights. We rode a double deck tram, ferry, had yum cha, milk tea and an egg tart so we were well nourished as well. Very worthwhile doing for a wonderful introduction to Hong Long

A great introduction to Hong Kong. - Very worthwhile trip to orientate yourself and find out lots interesting stuff about not only the sites but also about how Hong Kong works for local people. We had Grace and she was wonderful at explaining everything and looking after her group. I went on another tour with her the next and she was just as enthusiastic and helpful.

Nice experience - Christina is an excellent guide, full of energy and friendly, which made the tour enjoyable. The places we visited were not particularly interesting, but that’s what Hong Kong has to offer. Additionally, I was disappointed with the food and would recommend considering a different restaurant for future tours.
