Hanoi – Bai Dinh – Trang An – Mua Cave – Hotel/Resort (L/D)

Old Quarter - Guests will be picked up from hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area. The guide will arrive at the hotel, confirm the guest’s name with the receptionist for the tour, and then transfer them to Ninh Binh Province, located 100 km from Hanoi Old Quarter. The journey takes approximately 2 hours, including a short break along the way.

Bai Dinh Pagoda - Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, the most renowned and largest pagoda in Southeast Asia, known for its numerous records such as 500 Stone Arhat Statues, a 36-ton bronze Bell, and a 100-ton Buddha Statue. Guests will follow the guide to explore the pagoda and learn more about Buddhism in Vietnam. Bai Dinh Pagoda in Ninh Binh Province is one of Vietnam’s most esteemed religious sites. Situated near the Trang An Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is a must-visit for culture enthusiasts.

Trang An Landscape Complex - Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring a variety of local dishes such as goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice. Vegetarian options are always available in the buffet lunch. After lunch, guests will visit Trang An, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An boasts a magnificent tunnel cave system, which led Kong’s Movie Group to choose this location for the 2016 film “Skull Island.” The Trang An boat tour is a top activity for travelers in Ninh Binh. This unique boat experience in Vietnam attracts visitors worldwide, offering views of numerous caves and temples while enjoying a serene boat trip.

Mua Caves - Continue to Mua Cave, where guests will climb 500 stone steps to the mountain’s summit to view Tam Coc and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong River. Mua Caves (Hang Múa in Vietnamese) or Dancing Cave is celebrated for its exquisite natural beauty, earning it the nickname “The Great Wall of Vietnam” or “Tam Coc’s Muse.” It is considered the most beautiful viewpoint in Ninh Binh, Vietnam.

At the day’s end, guests will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. They can relax and have dinner at the hotel/resort. Enjoy free time to explore the local area and stay overnight at the hotel/resort in Ninh Binh.

Ninh Binh to Halong & Lan Ha Bay Overnight Cruise (B/L/D)

Halong Bay - 6:45 - 7:00: After breakfast, guests will check out of their room at the hotel/resort. A shared limousine bus will pick them up from their accommodation in Ninh Binh and transfer them to Halong Bay for an Overnight Cruise (no guide during transfer). The drive to Halong Bay takes about 4 to 4.5 hours. At 11:30 AM, upon arrival at Tuan Chau Harbour, guests will be welcomed by the receptionist at the cruise’s waiting lounge and check into their room. Lunch will be served at the Cruise Restaurant. The luxury cruise will then depart to explore Lan Ha Bay.

Lan Ha Bay - This is a sample itinerary for Luxury Overnight Cruises in Halong Bay: Cruise from Halong Bay to Lan Ha Bay, which is less touristy, passing by stunning islands and islets. Enjoy kayaking in pristine areas of Lan Ha Bay and swimming in tranquil lagoons. Relax onboard and watch the sunset. Lan Ha Bay - Begin the day with an early morning Tai Chi session on the deck to focus the mind and condition the body. Enjoy a light breakfast while admiring the stunning views of the bay and its dramatic limestone islets. Guests have free time to kayak and explore the landscape in Lan Ha Bay. After returning to the boat, conclude the trip with a hearty brunch as the ship sails back to the harbor. At 11:00, disembark at the harbor. We hope guests have enjoyed their time with us and wish them a safe onward journey. Bid farewell to the boat from the harbor and return to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

Old Quarter - From the harbor, guests will be transferred back to Hanoi City. They will be dropped off at hotels or locations in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. This concludes the 3-day, 2-night package tour.
