Must to see in Phu Luong - New tour around local villages of Black Thai ethnic group who actually created wonderful rice field landscape and are very open kind people. We had enjoyed every minute of 2 days tour inspite rainy cold weather because guide was able to show us: - breathtaking views of rice fields, - local life village, homes and we drinked tea from bamboo - craft places with authentic style suveneers - bamboo wheels with ecological irrigation system - boat trip with lovely tasty lunch on the boat where you also enjoy landscapes and forests - home base tea at nice lady who also serve as traditional doctor - bamboo bridge Our tour guide Nga Lilia was very nice, knowledgable and warmly welcomed by local people, they like her which made our tour very cosy and special. Her english is very good and she explained a lot of true stories from locals about life, about war and other essence. We felt that she really loves people of Phu Luong and it creates very positive attitude. It is MUST see and enjoy in Phu Luong and while Ninh Binh stay, highly recommend

A great trip away from the crowds. - It was a great trip in a remote mountainous area, the right choice for a trip away from the tourists. Pu Luong has peaceful villages with friendly people and delicious food. I really enjoyed walking around the villages, and especially the rafting experience was amazing. I recommend that you experience the trip with the guide Nga Lila. This girl had a lot of knowledge and energy, making the trip memorable and a lot of fun. She speaks very good English and she has a great sense of humor. She had us laughing all the time. Highly recommend this trip.

Pu Luong IS the hidden gem - It was a wonderful trip to a not-so-popular-among-tourists place, and honestly it was one of the best trips we’ve had in Vietnam. The ride from Hanoi to Pu Luong was quite long (almost 5h) but once we arrived at the hotel, we realised it was totally worth it. The hotel was amazing, the views were astonishing, the staff was very friendly (they didn’t speak English but we had no issues using Google Translate) and the food was very delicious (and there was a lot of food, more than we could possibly eat). There also was a pool available for everyone but the weather wasn’t great, it was rainy and a bit cold so we didn’t have a chance to use it. After having an hour of rest at the hotel, we were picked up by our guide Nga. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she told us a lot of interesting information about Pu Luong, and it was also nice to chat a bit about other stuff. We had a really nice time walking, hiking, rafting, and even silk-weaving! She introduces us to the local craftsmanship, cuisine and daily life. The second day was also full of great adventures, thanks to Nga! So in short - nice hotel, great guide Nga, amazing adventures, friendly local people and more for affordable price. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing experience - We recently joined a fantastic tour through the breathtaking rice fields and charming ethnic villages of Pu Luong. The scenery was absolutely stunning, with lush green terraces, crystal-clear streams, and traditional villages. We also got a glimpse into the daily lives of the local people. Our tour guides - Tan and Nga - were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They shared fascinating insights about the region’s culture, history. Their passion and enthusiasm made the experience even more special. The tour was truly balanced between nature, culture, and relaxation. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature and authentic cultural encounters! Pu Luong is a hidden gem waiting to be explored, and with these amazing guides, you’re guaranteed a once-in-a-lifetime adventure!

Amazing time in Pu Luong - I booked a 2day tour in Pu Luong (from Ninh Binh) with this company. It patiently provided all the information (in details) I needed to make a decision, adapted my needs. The guide Nga that we got was very nice, helpful and interesting. Pu Luong itself was amazing, great views, lovely people. The resort was lovely, there was only one issue with it. We tried to order bottle of wine, they told us that they don’t know the price and we can pay at the check out. In the morning we were charged for this wine more than one million (more than twice we paid in train for non-local wine, for example). Other than that resort was very nice, staff very kind and food just great (especially the fish). All in all, we enjoy our tour a lot and recommend it for others.
