Day out in Halong Bay - A fabulous day out with Jade Sails to Halong Bay.
Picked up in luxury limo from our hotel and driven to luxurious boat. Staff were absolutely delightful, in particular Vinny and Lily.
Great itinerary- very good mix of delicious lunch , relaxing time and activities.
Of course the scenery stunning and beautiful to see from deck.
Highly recommend this tour. More expensive than other trips but promise it’s worth it.

A must do experience. - Incredible. Thank you so much for an effortless start to finish. Great communication when I first booked it to even the day before and morning when being collected by the car. Puts your mind at rest. Great value for money, food was fantastic. Great cheap cocktails too. Thank you so so much for making our day so special.

You won’t regret booking this - We had a wonderful experience. The staff provided white glove service. The views are stunning. You cruise for a bit then park and have the option to either kayak or hop in a boat (paddled by a local) to go see a cave and a cove that had very few people in it.
We really enjoyed this and it was a great way to see the beauty of Ha Long.
Shout out to Le Quyen for great service!
You won’t regret booking this.
Note: the jacuzzi was not heated and far too cold to use. Also they stop for 30 minutes on the way to the ship at a local pearl market in hopes that you will buy things. Sort of annoying but that seems to be the way things go in Vietnamese tours as this has happened on each of our tours.

Great Day on HaLong Bay! - Ha long bay
My sister, daughter, granddaughter and I had a wonderful cruise today. The food was delicious, great timing for all the activities, fun entertainment and excellent service. We want to give a shout out to crew member, Otis. Otis made sure we knew what was happening, brought us treats and took care of us on the tour.
Thank you Jadesails and Otis for a memorable day on beautiful HaLong Bay.

Outstanding 5 Stars - If you have 1 day in Halong Bay this is the tour......beautiful boat, friendly staff, wonderful lunch, caves, swimming, cooking class, live band, incredible scenery.....this tour takes you where other tours don't......secluded area for great photos......highly recommend

Beautiful day out on Halong and Lan Ha Bay - Amazing day spent at Halong Bay despite it being cloudy. Everything was conducted as per schedule and the staff went above and beyond to provide great service (including providing extras like blankets for the sunbeds on a cold day). I really enjoyed the variety of the buffet lunch which was first class cuisine yet local food and the rowboat excursion to the Lan Ha bay caves. All in all, really nice day spent seeing the beauty of the bays. Well worth the price.

Star of Halong - My first review on TA all because of 1 man, Calvin (Cuong), cruise manager on 26th Dec. My 8 yo son had motion sickness 15 min into the trip and started throwing up. While the other staff were busy with their duties, Calvin the cruise manager, who was likely the busiest of the lot, rushed to get us cold towels, served on a tray! Cleaned up the mess we made (3 times!) and found us motion sickness pills. All done with a smile and a look of empathy. Quite a feat. Eventually we gave up the fight snd asked to be transported back to land. The usual fee for that as I learnt, is USD120. Calvin however, called back to head office and got approval to transport us back for free. He arranged a warm blanket for my son and personally escorted us on board and waved us goodbye with his now famous empathetic smile. What a guy! The cruise had 75 guests which was near capacity and while there were some minor issues, it was more than made up for by the attitude of its manager who honestly went over and beyond usual good service. Thank you so much Calvin! You’re a star!

Stunning views and luxury day-cruise - The staff went above and beyond to make the trip comfortable and enjoyable. They even catered to a vegetarian diet. The boat is beautiful! The scenery is magnificent. Just a very enjoyable day in Halong Bay!

Simply Amazing - This Jadesails 1 day tour or Ha Long and Lan Ha Bay was just an Awesomely Amazing way to see the natural wonder of this region. The tour was very well orchestrated and the communication was excellent. We opted for the luxury limo pickup and started the tour with a visit to the Vietnam Pearl market where you can see how they produce the pearls. There was also authentic crocodile and silk items for purchase that were simply beautiful. The cruise was filled with great food, live band, bamboo cruise around some of the mountainous islands and swimming in the beautiful bay. The cruise ship was very well maintained with great deck seating, hot tub and designated male and female showers and wash rooms. Well worth the time to see this natural wonder on THIS cruise. Professional photos on the ship are also included.
TIP: Take cash for tips and shopping and wear/take a bathing suit for kayaking or swimming.
