Enjoyable trip - StickyRice led the tour smoothly . We really enjoyed our day in Halong Bay despite the rainy weather. Will recommend to this to friends

Accomodating - We really like this tour. Halong Bay is absolutely stunning, and the crew , the guide tour were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Halong Bay Cruise - It was a very good tour. The guide was friendly, the scenery was great, the food was delicious, and it was a memorable day.

Fun Chill Adventure - Its was an amazing chill adventure of the Halong Bay Cruise. They pick us up at the hotel (given that we near the old quarter area) right on the dot. Our tour guide was really friendly and his English was good. Upon arrive at the dock, the lunch was provided in buffet style (if not enough kindly ask one of the staff to refill it) You cannot bring disposable water bottle (the one time use) due to the Vietnam regulation in keeping the bay clean. A reusable water bottle is permitted (how ever there is not refill). If you wish to drink, you can buy at the cruise. They have variety of choices of drink. Just prepare 500k dong should be sufficient for yourself. The Cruise its self was pretty chill but be noted that each spot in the route 2 have it time restriction but for me. Its was okay. Not to short and not to long. The boat was clean and neat. 👍🏻 Thats really a plus. The staff were attentive and friendly. Some staff might not understand English much but I give them applause for trying to communicate with us with patience. Thankfully the day we go to this trip, there wasn’t too many crowds and the weather was nice. The spot for route 2 cover most well known spot and do your research a bit if this route is something you able to do or something you like to do. Keep the good job guys. 👍🏻

Great work cozy - Trip was really good. Kien was good with English! Was very patient with all of us as a group! Explained about all then important places. I would strongly recommend these guys. Good food on the cruise as well. All of us really enjoyed a lot on the trip. Go sticky rice gooo

Recommend to cruise - Kien, Best dude to be our guide tour. The cruise was amazing and fun. Every stop was amazing and the view awesome!! Great experiences enjoy every moment.

Not as we had expected - Good: The guide was polite; he tried to remember our names. He was helpful when he saw the clients required help (like getting in and out of the small boat). The overall plan was well thought-out and adhered to. We enjoyed the different activities. The bar was easily accessable during awake hours. Overnight, our boat moored so that we did not have a view of other boats outside of our window. Poor: The room: this was VERY small with very little storage space for clothes or personal items. There was no safe facility in our room. There were repairs required (broken cupboard door handle). Although there was a cupboard, there were no hangers for clothes. There was clearly no space for tea/coffee facilities in the room (nor on the boat itself); coffee could be purchased from the bar. The bathroom: no window that could open: air flow relied on aircon or fan from the bedroom. The floor tiles and floor skirtings were in need of repair. The amenities were poor: although there were 2 toothbrushes and a comb, the two tiny bars of soap and two packets of shampoo were really insufficient for two people for the tour. Overall planning: the prices were only in US dollars; this was a problem as we do NOT use US dollars, and we had acclimatised to the local Vietnames currency (which was not used on the boat). Prior to disembarking, we were given envelopes and asked to give tips (voluntary) to the boat staff and the tour guide; it is not a custom to tip in our country, nor is it a standard even in Vietnam (our understanding), so this approach was somewhat threatening; we would have preferred that the overall cost was all-inclusive. Prior to disembarking, we were asked to give a Tripadvisor review and given the link for this: we would have preferred to do a review in our own time, which would then also be a more truthful review than the one that was given at the time. Food and drink: there was NO free water (except for the breakfast and one bottle for each of the two bus trips). This was a problem as the weather was very hot and humid. The food selection was limited, but the dishes were not prepared very well: the squid and a rice dish were overcooked. Clearly, the company wanted to ensure that all clients bought their drinks from the bar. Boat itself: our bedroom was next to the generator room; we were awakened most of the night by the loud generator switching on and off. The aircon was not switched on all the time: there were periods when we had to endure the hot and humid temperatures. One of the activities included “squid-fishing”, but there was a limited amount of rods and hooks, so we could not participate in this activity although we had wanted to. Tour guide: although our tour guide was helpful, his English was a little difficult to understand at times. He appeared to be tired and bored on occasions.
