Magical - It was really magical ! The guide was really Nice and took time to explain everything ! We had the chance to be alone during the kayak it was perfect. And for the vegeterians there is plenty of choice

Worth it - The cruise is really worth the price. It includes the room, the food and all the activities. Ms Pink was my tour guide and she is excellent. She is very knowledgeable, polite and makes everything fun for everyone.

Ha long bay 2D1N cruise - The trip was very beautiful, all the staff fantastic Was very well organised from start to finish and we were very lucky with the weather and got a mix of sunshine and misty fog going over the mountain which gave spectacular views And then there was the group of individuals who I met on the trip and they were fantastic and made the trip even better with conversation, joking and lots of fun. One I will remember for the rest of my life. And Pink our tour guide was super informative, easy to approach and very friendly. Everything you want from a guide

Simply Amazing - Had a wonderful time at Ha Long Bay with my friends. Our team lead Ms. Pink is a superwoman. Right from get go she made sure we had all the necessary information about how the tour shall pan out. Her presence made it extremely easy to enjoy and have a good time at the cruise. Great stay to visit Ha Long Bay - We had Pink as our guide for this 2 day 1 night tour on Ha Long Bay. We had a great time thanks to her. Very good explanations about the places visited and a very good atmosphere.

Misleading advertising - I made this cruise for a few days, I was very motivated to do it. The pictures mislead a lot! The boat as the buses are in very bad condition. There is no communication during the transfer. They just left me near the pier, in the middle of the street more than an hour waiting. Only right above boarding time is that they contacted me. The guide is super attentive but the rest of the team is very distracted and little present. The food was very good and always paid attention to the various allergies and vegetarians (a great positive point). The tour is a little tired because the stops made are very tourist and very crowded!! Even the Kayak are a well pulled 20 minutes to render because the bay is pretty small and quick to see. The tour is sold as 2 days and 1 night but actually are 24 hours on the boat!!! On the second day I felt a lot of pressure to check out the room so they could clean it for 12h to receive more customers again!!! A constant stress on the second day, lunch being served at 10:30. The boat was very degraded. From the bathroom, the sockets that did not load, the deck with tables and chairs of different shapes.... The best of the tour were the people I met and with whom I had a lot of fun!!!
