The transfer from Cat ba to Hanoi was effortless.Drake set everything up and even showed up at our hotel. Priceless. - We had four people and 7 suitcases and we had 2 buses and a ferry and it went as smooth as ever.Drake even set up our airport hotel which was out of the area. Could not ask for better.

Excellent Service - We visited Cat Ba in March and the weather was awful - cold/damp/foggy so we decided to cut our visit short and head south. Our outward journey to the island was via bus and speedboat booked in Hanoi, this is excellent value and fine if you are young, fit and travelling with very little luggage. However, neither of us are young or particularly fit and with bags struggled to board the boat and get from where the bus dropped us to our hotel. We didn’t want the same problems again so called into Cat Ba local and spoke to Dat who was extremely helpful in booking a taxi from our hotel to the ferry port in Cat Ba, the ferry tickets and another taxi to meet us in Haiphong and take us to Hanoi airport. We also had some issues booking flights south and Dat arranged this for us as well. Excellent service, very pleasant young man who speaks perfect English, all this was done for only a small commission. Can thoroughly recommend!
