Unforgettable - I was on the website of SERENE SPA to book my massage. I was able to discuss my needs beforehand with an interlocutor on whatsapp
He gave me an appointment within the hour. The service is great. The message by Hai was perfect. The cupping was successfully carried out. He cracked my back and managed to make pain go away. I highly recommend this spa.

Best Massage I’ve Ever Had – 10/10 Experience in Hanoi - I had an absolutely incredible experience with the Deep Muscular Therapy at Serene Spa Hanoi — easily the best massage I’ve ever had.
From the moment I arrived, Kai, the host/operator, was extremely accommodating and welcoming. He took the time to recommend the perfect services based on what I needed and made the entire experience seamless. His attention to detail and excellent service both before and after the massage truly elevated the visit.
The massage itself exceeded all expectations. My therapist was a woman, and her technique was exceptional—she was attentive, skilled, and knew exactly how to target the right areas. Every movement felt intentional and therapeutic.
Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t book a longer session—I went with the 60-minute option, and it flew by because it was just that good.
I will absolutely be returning for another service while I’m in Hanoi.
10/10 experience—highly recommend!

Best deep tissue - Might be the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. Clean facilities.
First, I was asked to choose between different massages and different pressure. They brought tea and crackers while I filled a form to pick my massage and pressure. I choose deep tissue, medium pressure, and a focus on my neck and shoulders.
Then, I was a little confused because to get to my appointment, I was directed to walk w the hostess across the street to another location (they have multiple facilities). Once there it made sense because they have private rooms in a 3 or 4 story building.
Jessica was incredible. She found a few knots that have been with me for many years and worked on them for quite a bit. She even made a "crk crk crk" sound to emphasize how tight my shoulders were feeling! Afterwards I was very sore and feeling great overall.
This might be a little more expensive than regular street walk ups. But I would highly recommend for the facilities and service.

Relaxing massage - Massage was very relaxing, and much needed after a full day of walking. It was very relaxing, and Bonnie was amazing! She was very considerate to what I wanted. Highly recommend!
