Highlight of our trip to Vietnam - I highly recommend this trip it is fabulous. Khang went above and beyond to organise this trip for us during Tet. The tour guide Lee and driver Hung made this trip very special for us. Ban Gioc waterfalls are beautiful, as well as Angel Mountain , Tiger Cave and local Village. As for the homestay, beautiful people, food , accomodation wish we could of stayed longer , definitely the highlight of our trip

A great trip - We really enjoyed getting away from the city in the fresh air. The guide Drake was very informative and helpful, he looked after us well. The drive is long however and the roads winding, the villages we passed through provided great scenery.

Perfect trip in Vietnam - This tour is a must-do if you come to Vietnam. We really enjoyed the trip to the Ban Gioc Waterfall, the Ban Gioc Pagoda and Nguom Ngao Cave. Huge thanks to our English-speaking tour guide Perry and our driver Khanh who were very friendly and supplied us with a lot of interesting information on Vietnamese traditions and the attractions of this tour. This trip was perfect and we would definitely do it again!

Well worth the long drive. - Such a beautiful part of Vietnam. Well worth the very long drive. Our guide Robin was well organised and was very accommodating allowing us plenty of flexibility in the schedule. Ban Gioc waterfall was stunning. The cave was also really impressive as was the view from the Lady Buddha. The homestay was fairly basic but quite clean. It was in a lovely setting with its own cave and surrounding stone village. We had fun putting our guide on a horse for the first time.

Amazing Ban Gioc Waterfall - Totally enjoyed the BanGoic waterfall and the sampan ride to have an up close shots of the magnificent waterfall. Stay at the stonehouse, Yen Nhi was a whole new experience of living in a cave formation house. Nguom Ngom cave and the pagoda short walking trails were fun too. We were well taken care by our guide of the 2D1N tour, Lee. He is understanding and helpful to meet our needs and have adequate stops for a long ride from Hanoi-BanGioc and vice versa. Knowledgeable and friendly. We had some nice paddy field shots too.

Memorable Ban Goic tour - Ban Goic waterfall was fabulous. The water level is high and the view is beautiful. We booked our tour last minute and Khang, the tour operator, managed to arrange everything for us. Our tour guide, Lee, is very friendly. He took care of us during the entire trip and was flexible to drop us for some photo stops along the way. He helped us with a lot of photo taking too. As the harvest season for sugarcane was over, he brought us to an incense village instead, which has a great view of rice field. He is knowledgeable and passionate about being in the tourism industry. I highly recommend this tour and suggest you to get Lee be your guide. It was such an enjoyable trip.

Fantastic - We had booked a private tour 3D2N in Cao Bang accompanied by a very sweet, nice young man (Hai Dang). We visited many beautiful places and the view was beautiful!! The guidance was superb. He was very helpful and considered everyone. I would highly recommend this tour with Hai Dang as an accompanist.

Extremely disappointing trip ruined by the tourguide and the company - Poorly led by an inexperienced tour guide. He doesn’t know anything about the places we’re going to. He admitted he hasn’t been there for 4-5 years. I learned nothing from him about the waterfall. He even forgot his tourguide liscense. It’s like I paid to force a friend who doesn’t care to tag along that didn’t contribute anything to the trip. It feels like he doesn’t want to be there either. The most annoying things of it all is that the company called me late the night before the trip started to let me know they’re giving me and my niece a Vietnamese speaker who is more experienced than whoever was supposed to lead us in the first place. Horrible customer service from the tour guide. The only thing he ever did is to get tickets for us.
