Very well organized tour.... - Very well organized tour. A lot of beauty and things to explore. As a solo traveler there were certain things that were to taxing for me to do, however there was a tour guide trainee who stayed with me all day. He was a gem!!!

Great trip to see awesome sites with Hai - Hai was very knowledgeable and patient in answering the questions and making sure we could see all 3 sites. The boat ride through the caves in Trang A was very scenic. I would recommend tours led by him in the future.

Magical Hanoi - Both Bai din & Trang An, were magical experiences. We loved the serenity and the wonderful experiences at these locations. the Bin Din Temple is almost a marvel and being a Buddhist i count myself lucky to have been there & would love to go there again to spend more time as the tour allowed only about 2hrs. Trang An, almost a natural marvel with many natural water tunnels, various buildings and artifacts from the Trang Dynasty are very interesting but the Tours give us only 2 and Half hours to cover a very large area. It is recommended that you take at least 3 to 4 hours to cover this area in detail. Overall these two locations need to be visited by anyone visiting Hanoi .

Trang Am River Cruise - The caves Trang Am were awesome and floating in them was very exciting and a bit scary. There were some points were attention was definitely required: low hanging stalactites and other low hanging formations. The five passenger boats were also low with seats lower to the floor than a typical row boat but the style of the craft meets the demands of the environment though after some time you can feel uncomfortable because of the compact sitting position. The scenery was beautiful and the karst mountains were beautiful and should be seen.

Fabulous day north of Hanoi - Very long day - full of activities. Our tour guide Dylan was excellent. 2 hour journey from Hanoi. Scenery was great. Pagoda was amazing - travelled by electric trolley train to pagoda then walked around with Dylan explains the history. Buffet lunch was outstanding. Over 20 different dishes. Unique experience on the river 2 hours 4 guests to a canoe rowed by an elderly lady. We had the opportunity to row which was fun racing other guests on our tour bus. King Kong Island outstanding as was going through the caves. Last stop was a bike ride or trek up a mountain for great views. Overall well worth doing this tour

Good - Really good views especially on boat trip. Temples are good also. You need to a little bit hurry to do all that things and may miss some good memories

Overall OK considering how packed the itinerary was, but could be improved - This was a nice day trip out of Hanoi and the operator took care of all the logistics. Our tour guide Long was young and didn't have much knowledge of the history or meaning behind each destination, as there was no explanation or context about any of the places we went to. We simply arrived at each location and were told that we had a certain amount of time to freely roam around ourselves. This was acceptable given the price however we would've liked to hear more of the histories. The tour was quite fast paced which we didn't mind and expected for large groups of this size, but may be too rushed or tiring for families or older travellers.

Very very bad - I had a very disappointing experience with Wati Travelers in Vietnam. The guides we encountered were extremely unprofessional and displayed very poor behavior. They seemed totally uneducated about their own culture and history, and did not know how to communicate respectfully with tourists. This was not an issue with just one guide – unfortunately, all the guides we interacted with were quite rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in educating or engaging us during the trip. Instead of making the journey enjoyable and informative, their attitude made us feel unwelcome. For a travel company, professional and knowledgeable guides are the most important factor, but Wati Travelers completely failed in this regard. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a meaningful or enjoyable travel experience in Vietnam Our guide name was" Doan" and avoid travelling with him or any other guide as i want to experience some sports but there guide said us let us play come some other time
