Mount Wellington - Inhale the renowned pure Tasmanian air as we ascend 1272 meters to the summit of Mount Wellington (Kunanyi), where you’ll be treated to the most spectacular views of Hobart and its surroundings. There will be plenty of time to explore and snap that perfect selfie! If the weather is rainy or the mountain is cloaked in clouds, we’ll take you to an alternative lookout to ensure you don’t miss Hobart’s stunning vistas.
Salamanca Market - It’s time for Salamanca Market (Saturday only) - Tasmania’s top tourist attraction! This world-class market showcases the best of Tasmanian culture - art, produce, street performers, souvenirs, beverages, and more! Join the locals as you browse the stalls for gifts while enjoying a coffee and breakfast. This is the closest you’ll get to feeling like a local. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the experience is unforgettable.
Richmond Bridge - Travel back in time as you explore the historic convict town of Richmond, home to Australia’s oldest bridge and Catholic Church. This charming stop is famous for its unique shops and eateries.
The Wicked Cheese Co. - Enjoy complimentary cheese tastings from the award-winning local cheesemaker, Wicked Cheese.

Freycinet National Park - For hiking enthusiasts, enjoy flexible hiking options and explore Freycinet National Park at your own pace for up to 4 hours, choosing from iconic trails like the Wineglass Bay hike or the challenging Mt. Amos ascent with panoramic views.
Wineglass Bay Lookout - For a more relaxed experience, our knowledgeable guide will lead you on a scenic walk to the Wineglass Bay lookout, where you’ll enjoy stunning views. This moderate 40-minute uphill hike is well worth the effort. After taking in the magnificent sights, we’ll descend for a leisurely stroll around the Cape Tourville Lighthouse, enjoying the breathtaking coastal scenery.
Honeymoon Bay - After working up a sweat, enjoy a refreshing swim at Honeymoon Bay—a local favorite. With its orange-capped granite rocks, crystal-clear waters, and pristine white sands, Honeymoon Bay is the perfect spot to refresh. After a swim, you’ll feel completely rejuvenated—and have plenty of stunning photos for your Instagram feed!
Cape Tourville Lighthouse - Cape Tourville offers a leisurely boardwalk stroll around the lighthouse, taking in stunning coastal scenery.
Freycinet Marine Farm - To conclude your day, indulge in Tasmania’s freshest seafood at the Freycinet Marine Farm. Please note - Hobart Highlights is available only on Saturdays, and the tour sequence may vary based on the start date. Pickup times and locations may also differ, so ensure to verify them before departure.
- Hobart Highlights is always on Saturdays to include the Market. If you start on a Thursday or Friday you will do Bruny Island and or Port Arthur first.
