Good door to door service - Administration contact was superb. We were able to change our plans at short notice. The bus driver however struggled to find pick ups and drop offs and the journey took much longer than it should. We left Tam coc at 1230 and reached Hanoi hotel at 4pm! There was no traffic either in Hanoi.I am thinking this was a one off with an inexperienced driver. I would use the service again.

Ok but safer would have been much better - Took a trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh - Dec 4th
Supposed to be Hotel pickup => Hotel drop off but they sent a motorbike 🏍️ to pickup at the hotel (I opted to walk 2 blocks to the Van). Drop off was also not at the Ninh Binh hotel but a few 100m away. No big deal but not as advertised.
The biggest concern was the driver thinking he participated in a F1 race. We were never overtaken by any other car and he was constantly weaving through traffic to get ahead. Not a pleasant ride.
The Van was fine though. Comfortable enough and with working 2-point seatbelts (not the regular 3-point).
