Vietnamese Cambodian vendors, who fled during the 1970s civil war, have long called Vietnam home. In the 1980s, there were reportedly only 10 small businesses. By 1988, over 90 households around Le Hong Phong were selling flowers, a number that has since grown to more than 100.
