Very fast! - I was plane to car within 40 minutes of landing. Easy to spot my name on a board on arrival. Immigration hall was heaving. Escort was friendly and helped me find my driver who was running a little late. Fantastic service.

Saves soooo much time!! Def recommend. - Really worth it. The immigration queue was probably 2 to 3 hours long and we were through in about 25 mins. There was only about 10 people ahead of us but one local man had an issue and it held us up. So nice to be met and whisked through!

Fast track is needed for Vietnam - Was seamless and quick. Absolutely relieved that I chose this option considering how long the line was when I landed. The gentleman assisting me was very helpful and even helped with getting a sim card.

Worth the money - Fantastic service, they were there to meet us at immigration, we were through within 20 minutes and stayed with us until we had our luggage and found our transportation on the other side. Well worth the price!

They were right there... - They were right there with signs with our names - quickly got us through customs and on our way in our car. Spent maybe 20 minutes total.

Best Fast Track Experience at SGN Airport - Well worth for an excellent fast track service. We landed at SGN airport from Vietnam airlines flight from Melbourne. We had 2 hrs transit time to take our connecting Vietname Airlines flight to Hanoi from the domestic terminal. I am glad that we booked for this service. The agent was holding a paper with our names just prior to the immigration queue. He took us to the express path queue where there were 5 people in front of us. The normal immigration queue was massive. We cleared immigration within 10 mins. Agent took us to the baggage claim area. Transit bags do come first so we collected the luggage about 5 mins later. He took us through the nothing to clear area so there was as no customs check. Then he took us to the Vietnam Airlines staff who checked our domestic fight details and collected the luggages. Since we also booked for the additional domestic send-off service (using a link shared by the company as it is not available at TripAdvisor), he took us to the Vietnam Airlines domestic terminal. We had to queue for the security check as there is no fast track lane but yet only took 5 mins. He then took us to the domestic gate and the whole think was done under 25 mins. My advice to everyone is to book for this service for a hassle free transfer at SGN. We met another couple and they said their immigration took almost 2 hrs and they thought they would miss the domestic flight. With this fast track service the agent will take care of you with a hassle free experience. Thanks team for providing this excellent service.

Worth every penny - After traveling around the world for 22 hours the last thing we wanted to do was wait for an hour or more on line. The VIP Fast Service was indeed fast and we were out the airport within 5 minutes.

Help with immigration - The service was helpful to get through Vietnam immigration quickly to make our connecting flight. We (an EU and a UK citizen) also needed our e-visas, apparently not mandatory, though, to get past the officious immigration officer.

Disappointed - Sadly I wasn’t met until after I had gone through customs. After that though they were helpful, collected my luggage and assisted me in organising a car. I was of the impression I had booked a car through this service when I made my reservation but this was not the case. The men were polite but I do not feel I was given the service I booked

Definitely NOT Fast track - Staff were fantastic. But it is definitely not Fast track. Still waited in line for at least an hour. No difference to getting in line at normal immigration desks. People got off our plane and still beat us through immigration. Not worth the money.
