Cu Chi Tunnels - 8:00: We will pick you up at your hotel to start the Cu Chi Tunnels Half-Day Tour.
We arrive in Cu Chi Tunnels (Ben Dinh or Ben Duoc). Then we will watch a propaganda film a wartime propaganda film showing how local guerilla fighters were “American Killing Heroes” (a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed).
We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels in Cu Chi. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500-pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers.
Also, you can try real gun shooting for extra (only for over 18 year-olds).
At 02.30 pm – 03.00 pm, we arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and finish Cu Chi Tunnels Half-Day Tour.

- The Cu Chi Tunnels pull in sightseers each day, becoming excessively crowded on weekends and Vietnamese festive days. Expect long queues at every turn, resulting in a cramped experience at any given time.
- Half a day is usually enough. Plan to arrive at the tunnels either prior to 8:30 AM or closer to 2:30 PM. By these hours, the morning rush has subsided and the afternoon weather is more agreeable.

The Cu Chi Tunnels - Hieu was extremely informative about the tunnels and the history of Vietnam. He was a great tour guide. It was amazing to see the tunnels and where people lived for such a long time.

Great private tour, thanks Max (our guide) - Our tour was fantastic. Max, our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. We booked it 2 hrs before the actual tour, but our guide got in touch with us straightaway to organize pick up.
I highly recommend this tour if you are after a private experience to share with your family and friends only.

Great day - Hannah was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The tunnels demonstrated how difficult the soldiers had it. It was raining when we went and quite muddy so be prepared with shoes that can get dirty.

Brilliant tour - would recommend Kevin as a tour guide. - Amazing tour and Kevin was an incredible tour guide. He was so informative and communicated everything perfectly.
He made us all feel so comfortable entering the tunnels but didn’t pressure anyone.

Fantastic experience with Max at Cu Chi Tunnels - My partner and I had another excellent experience with Max today visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels. The trip was equal parts exhilarating and memorable! Max was very informative and friendly while detailing the history of the region to his neighbouring Cambodia, the history of the tunnels themselves. Highly recommend this experience!

Amazing tour to Chu Chi Tunnels - We had THE best tour to the Chu Chi Tunnels. We booked a private tour and got Eddie as our tour guide - an absolute jackpot. He knew so much about the history and geography of the tunnel system and could answer every question perfectly. It’s a great plus, that the tour groups are usually very small (we were only two people) you know immediately when you get to the Chu Chi tunnels, that you made a great choice by booking this tour. It’s very individual and Eddie knows his way around the tourist crowds so they don’t bother you at all. Apart from that, Eddie just was the nicest, considerate and lovely tour guide you can imagine!!! We couldn’t wish for a better guide! If you book the tour, you should as for Eddie so you can be sure to have an authentic and perfect adventure to the Chu Chi tunnels.
