Great Personalized tour - My husband and I visited Hiroshima during a cruise stop, so our time was limited. We’re truly glad we booked this personalized tour, as it allowed us to explore exactly what we wanted with our wonderful guide, Minori. Experiencing the sights with her deep knowledge made all the difference, bringing history to life rather than just viewing landmarks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hiroshima, appreciating both the insightful historical context Minori provided and the peaceful moments spent admiring the garden views. I highly recommend booking this tour.

Spend the Day Exploring Hiroshima with an excellent hometown guide - Wow what an amazing experience! From our pick-up at the hotel, learning the history of the beautiful city Hiroshima and its sobering past, to an early morning ferry to explore Miyajima island, and lunching on okonomiyaki at the BEST restaurant in town this was a fantastic tour. Minori is a local, passionate, fun, and knowledgeable guide who provides tremendous insight of her hometown. This tour was truly a highlight of our trip to Japan.

Marvelous Day with Minori exploring Hiroshima and Miyajima - My daughter and I had an amazing tour and day with Minori. She met us at the train station and from there we hit the ground running. We were able to choose the sites we wanted to visit, she throughly explained the importance of the sites we toured and pointed out areas for us to see that we would have overlooked touring ourselves. She took us to the most amazing place for lunch. The food was amazing!!! She was patient with us, assisted in photos.....I can not recommend her enough if you are looking for a fabulous tour in Hiroshima and Miyajima. You will not be disappointed!!

Yuta is a perfect guide for Hiroshima! - Yuta was a wonderful guide- passionate about Hiroshima, informed, fun to be with and fluent in English- all of which we appreciated!
We spent one full day with him- Yuta is highly organized and easy to be with.
Next time we'll go for longer!

Awesome walking tour!!! - We had a walking tour of Hiroshima with Minori on a beautiful summers day. She was extremely knowledgeable and took us to some spots such as the underground survivors basement and the Shukkeien Garden which we wouldn’t have gone to if we went alone.
Minori was super friendly and we had some interesting discussions as we walked around the key sights. Would definitely recommend to anyone exploring Hiroshima for the first time.

Amazing guided tour of Miyajima island - We had the most amazing morning to Miyajima Island from Hiroshima. We visited Itsukushima Shrine and Daishouin Temple before doing a little souvenir shopping. Our guide was absolutely excellent and also gave us other recommendations for the rest of our stay in Hiroshima! I would highly recommend a tour

Yuta’s the best - Fabulous day with Yuta at Hiroshima/Miyajima.
Our guide was outstanding — engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to each member of our family (husband, wife, and adult daughter, aged 34). We especially appreciated how he combined a deep understanding of Japan’s history with thoughtful insights into how those events continue to shape the country today.
He was, without question, our favourite guide during our time in Japan. We rated him a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5 — and later, after discovering a heartfelt thank-you note tucked into our farewell treats, we agreed he truly deserved a 7 out of 5!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Private Tour with Minori – A Moving and Memorable Day in Hiroshima - Our private tour with Minori in Hiroshima was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable — striking the perfect balance between historical insight and heartfelt storytelling.
Minori guided us through the Peace Memorial Park and Museum, sharing powerful stories about the events of August 6, 1945, while also showing us how Hiroshima has beautifully rebuilt into a city of peace and hope. Her explanations made history come alive in such a personal and meaningful way.
She also helped us navigate the trains and shared helpful travel tips for the rest of our Japan trip.
This was one of the most moving and memorable experiences of our journey. If you’re visiting Hiroshima, I cannot recommend Minori highly enough — she truly made the day unforgettable.

Outstanding private day tour in Hiroshima. - Minori was our guide and she was absolutely excellent. Promptly after making the booking she reached out to introduce herself and stayed in contact regularly following up to help develop an itinerary that suited our group, and to ensure our meeting arrangements were all confirmed. She met us at the train station and proceeded to take great care of for the entire day. The tour was an excellent mix of scenic and historic sites, and a mix of walking, public transit and ferry rides. It was a truly memorable and enjoyable day. Minori was helpful, spoke excellent English and was very well informed about the area and the sites and history. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend this experience and Minori in particular for a day tour in Hiroshima area.
