As you wander through lush forests, you’ll encounter playful deer roaming freely, majestic temples nestled in the hills, and the awe-inspiring Mount Misen, offering panoramic views of the Seto Inland Sea. Whether exploring ancient shrines, savoring local delicacies like fresh oysters, or simply soaking in the island’s untouched beauty, Miyajima promises a journey filled with wonder.

  • Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum - The Peace Memorial Museum provides an in-depth look into the events of that fateful day, offering insight into the impact of the atomic bomb and the enduring strength of Hiroshima’s people. Each exhibit tells a story that honors the victims while promoting global peace.

This emotionally powerful destination is more than a historical site—it’s a call to action for a peaceful world. A visit to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park is an essential experience that will leave a lasting impression on your heart and mind.

  • Atomic Bomb Dome - One of the few structures that survived the devastation, now a symbol of resilience and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Kazue Ikeda was a... - Kazue Ikeda was a fabulous guide. Very well prepared and truly helped us navigate a busy day seamlessly. Several of her family members were witnesses and casualties of the bombing and devastation of Hiroshima, it was very humbling. Miyajima was serene and beautiful. Highly recommend this tour and guide.

The Gguides Toshi and mana were well informed - Hiroshima museum; very touching The place was totally silent with thousands of people walking through it. I saw people getting emotional and wiping their tears. After seeing Oppenheimer it really made me realize what nuclear bombs can do and I agree with “Never again”!!

Emotional Roller Coaster Day - Peace Memorial Museum did an excellent job of pounding home the horrors of atomic warfare. Good reminder to all of us that we need to work toward peace in all aspects of our lives.

Miyajima Island was amazing! - We had a great time at Hiroshima with Yusaku as our guide. He was very responsive when we were meeting. He definitely went above and beyond to make our tour special. Hiroshima museum was moving to see. Miyajima island was my favorite. It’s definitely worth it to visit. The tour company did mess up our meeting spot. It was not our guide’s fault, but the tour company had a mix up with another group.

Hiroshima and Miyajima Island Tour - Our tour guide was amazing. She knew her history of the places that we toured. We had an elderly person with us, our tour guide did an outstanding job with her in particular. If we were ever there again we would request her if possible. The only thing I would mention that we were told that we would be picked up at the port and the day before we were told that wasn't possible. It was a problem and we had difficulty getting it all worked out. After the confusion, we had to pay more but it was worth it because our tour guide was outstanding!!

Total rip off - It was a total rip off.. walking tour that we could have done ourselves. The guide brought his student with him who was learning English. We had to pay for both guide and his student’s train tickets, ferry tickets, meals etc. We were extremely disappointed. Guide was nice..

Although this is my second time in Hiroshima but first time with my family, thought it was better to miss. - Although very courteous at all times, Guide was not certified, nor was he engaged in explaining things for us. He just showed us the way and stood in line to save us time buying entrance tickets and restaurent queues. This guide was recomended by Viator and the previous one cancelled on us despite the tour being confirmed!
