For airport pickups, we need the guests’ names and flight details.

For airport drop-offs, we require the guests’ names, hotel location, hotel names, WhatsApp number, and the number of passengers.

When guests arrive in Sri Lanka, please send us a WhatsApp message. Our driver will be inside the airport holding a sign with the guests’ names. Guests can easily identify our drivers as they will display a “Mahesh Tours and Taxi Service” board. After meeting the driver, guests can proceed outside the airport with them.

Our drivers will assist with purchasing local SIM cards, money exchange, and other needs.

We provide transportation from the airport to hotels, villas, home stays, and also handle drop-offs from these locations back to the airport.
