A very enjoyable trip to Applecross - The tour to Applecross was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our route took us west from Cromarty along the very scenic A832/ A896, through the spectacular Beinn Eighe NNR to Shieldaig and round the north coast of the Applecross peninsula. Our driver and tour guide Marita was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept us entertained throughout the trip with anecdotes and information. As is usual on the west coast the weather was mixed and Marita had thoughtfully timed a delicious lunch at the Walled Garden in Applecross to coincide with the worst of the rain. However, the sun did manage to appear on schedule at some of our stops including our visit to "Shore Street". Although we drove much of the Bealach na Ba in fairly thick cloud cover which obscured the views this was still an amazing experience and the cloud cover dispersed a little as we were making our way down the eastern side of the pass. On the way back we stopped at Lochcarron and the scenic Falls of Rogie. I will definitely be booking this tour again in the future and one day I hope to be able to travel the Bealach na Ba in fine weather and experience those spectacular views from the top. In the meantime I've booked a second tour to Sutherland tomorrow. I'm very happy to recommend the Applecross tour as an amazing day out.

Excellent Wild Highlands tour from Timberbush - Applecross, Loch Carron & Wild Highlands tour was wonderful! It’s a long day of driving but the scenery is so spectacular time flies (and we lucked out on the weather too)! Alex was a marvelous guide - kind, funny and informative. He made sure we had plenty of stops to stretch our legs, take photos, buy snacks & use bathrooms. I highly recommend this company and guide, as well as this specific tour.

Great day tour of the stunning West Highlands - Had a lovely day tour to the Applecross Peninsula and West Highlands with Alex as our guide. He was friendly and entertaining throughout the tour. I appreciated the number of photo stops along this beautiful route. The scenery is quite breathtaking. I particularly enjoyed the drive on the Bealach na Ba route. Well timed tour with plenty of breaks, would definitely recommend it.

Great trip! - Sinclair and Kathleen were great guides- interesting, informative, and friendly. The choice of lunch venue was wonderful (Applecross House). A bit of confusion about one of the stops- when I originally booked the trip it said we would stop at the Lochcarron Weavers and we didn't. Applecross Pass was amazing.

Beautiful Scottish highlands - I took the tour of Applecross and Torridon with our guide/driver Mike. He was very knowledgeable and funny, his Scottish accent was delightful to hear. He told us many stories and took good care of us. We took the Pasage of the cattle N500 route that supposed to be very spectacular but due to bad rain and thick fog we could not see much of these spectacular views. Other views were absolutely stunning and they make you fall in love with Scotland and want to come back. The tour is very well organised and a pleasant day spend. It is delightful to see how all drivers take pride in being Scottish and it melts uour heart. Well done Mike . Highly recommend Timberbush Tours with its alll brilliant people 💚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Good scenic tour but with unexpected problem - The tour was interesting,- scenic wild Scotland and very few tourists. One thing I really didn’t like: when I booked the tour I was told the seats can’t be reserved in advance. Sometimes I feel motion sickness sitting at the rear so I was one of the first who came to the bus. However, Richard the guide did not allow me to sit in the front saying these seats were reserved. Very unfair and not customer friendly
