Amazing adventure! - The whole trip was amazing, amazing views, amazing selection of food and drink on board and last of all amazing facts and information from John! We loved listening to everything he told us he was very informative and explained clearly for children to understand too. The views were out of this world just a shame we didn’t see Nessie!

Excellent Trip - Overall, the whole trip was excellent. Provided a good insight into some places that otherwise we would have been oblivious to. Really informative commentary from Michael, our tour guide on the coach. He was generally a nice chap. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent - One of the most amazing cruises. You get thrilled when the cruise ship cuts through the dark waters of the Loch.

Cancelled trip - This was cancelled because of weather. The winds were blowing and the water white capping. Would have loved to make it.

Ok experience - As boat trips go it was OK. I think it's expensive for what it was. We had to sit outside as seats were all taken indoors, when the boat started people then cane out to see the views. Cappuccino was 3.20 . Friendly staff, didn't see nessie unfortunately ha.

Too crowed, couldn't hear - I took a tour group of 34 from the USA on this cruise. I was very disappointed to say the least. First of all the ship was way over-packed. Not enough seating for half the people on board. People standing everywhere, and talking loudly looking for seating. We could NOT HEAR any of the commentating on board. If you went outside you could hear a bit better but in the rain that wasn't possible. I expected a much more relaxing and informative cruise. I was very disappointed.

Interest-free - You can't hear the comments in English, the speakers aren't powerful enough. There is no possibility to have comments in another language. The flash code only gives access to an electronic brochure but it is already available on the boat! There is the Impression that the company lives on its laurels without any effort to improve the visitor experience. I do not recommend

Wouldn’t class this as a cruise - The most memorable experience from this trip was leaving the boat. You get crammed in like sardines when boarding the boat. When you’re on the boat if you sat downstairs the guide tour you can’t even hear because there is so many people on the boat. In your title you class this as a cruise I wouldn’t it’s more of a way of transport to the castle and back. Very disappointed and never will I be returning!
