Great tour on natural scenery and historic areas north of Inverness - Alex was everything a tour guide should be: informative, cheerful, considerate and a great driver. He even arranged fantastic weather for the visit to northernmost Scotland mainland
We were able to see amazing natural beauty and Scottish historical sites. The trip was time well spent. DunRobin Castle and the John O' Groats center were the highlights but several smaller interesting stops were included. Learned that Scots have a right to roam and must leave no trace when they leave. I highly recommend Alex and this tour! My only regret is the puffins were shy today, likely dedicated to preserving their species this beautiful spring day!

Great Tour! - We really enjoyed this tour. We saw seals at Loch Fleet, toured Dunrobin Castle, saw a falconry demonstration at the castle, saw stunning landscapes at Duncansby Head near John O’Groats, and bought fresh lobster rolls in Dunbreath. Our tour guide, Alan, was friendly and informative. I was concerned that the day might seem too long, but that wasn’t the case.

Jack wins BEST OF SHOW!! - My partner and I took a two day tour of the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye with yer man Jack. We had such a fine time! He was very accommodating of our group of 12, the stops he made gave us plenty of time, he gave excellent recommendations for food and drink and all in all was a real entertaining feller. He had dozens of stories to tell and a great sense of humor. I especially liked stopping to refresh myself with a dip in the river! You can tell Jack really loves what he does, thanks for the fun! (and the tablet, even though granny herself didn't make it)

Fantastic- did not disappoint - We booked this day trip with an open mind and with the intent of seeing some of the finest places on the East Coast on a limited time frame. Our guide Chris was fantastic with his local and historical knowledge of the highlands. Highly recommend, will definitely go Timberbush again.
