Great day trip to some iconic spots in the Highlands! - Long day and the highlight was seeing the steam engine cross the viaduct. Jack S. was our tour guide and told interesting history in a humorous way. Lots of chances to use a bathroom and/or get a snack. Eat in Maillag right away, especially if the steam train isn’t there yet. We enjoyed the scenery and the Falls of Foyers too. Dores Beach was hard to appreciate because it was getting dark already. Would recommend tour to others, especially if they cannot get tickets to ride the steam train itself.

Don’t miss out in this amazing experience! - We had a great time on our tour with Owen! We really lucked out and had the most amazing weather to enjoy the beautiful sights on our tour. The tour was loaded with a lot of great stops to break up the driving time. Two key highlights for me was the stop at the Glenfinnan Viaduct and Dores Beach at dusk. The size of the tour group was also great, not too big at all and we made some great friends!

Excellent tour, would recommend! - It’s a long day but well worth it! Karen was our guide and she was excellent giving us a lot of historical details and pointing things out on the driving portions and including a few bonus stops. We didn’t feel rushed and there were music breaks from the historical Info so soak in the scenery and relax a bit. I don’t like to hire a car when traveling and this tour made it possible to see a lot

Glenfinnan Viaduct tour. - This was a fantastic experience with an amazing driver. The weather wasn’t the best but the driver (Karen) still made it a wonderful day. She was very informative and told us lots of facts and a few interesting tales.

What a jam packed fun... - What a jam packed fun experience, did so many stops, lots of picture opportunities, overall great experience. Karen was an amazing guide full of knowledge and very friendly. Only downside is seats on the bus were very small, and some seats have a pillar against the window making it even tighter, and no bathroom on bus.

Memorable day, great for Harry Potter fans - Karen was a wonderful tour guide, informative and funny. She told us lots of anecdotes and history about the areas we were driving through. We made a bonus stop near a bridge, between the Glenfinnan Viaduct and Mallaig, so we could catch the train passing again. We were able to get pictures of that and of the sandy beach on the other side of the bridge. Seeing the steam train on the viaduct was a highlight, as a Harry Potter fan. I loved the stop at Falls of Foyers (note: lots of steps and forest walk to get down to the waterfall), and a quick stop at Dores Beach as the sun was starting to go down. I recommend the Garden Tea Cafe in Mallaig for lunch. The only negative thing, for me, is that we could have used more time at Glenfinnan. I walked pretty briskly and still didn't have any time to spare getting back to the bus after the train passed. Thank you Karen for a memorable day!
