  • Portree - Enjoy lunch at the picturesque harbour town of Portree, but be mindful of the hungry seagulls! Portree boasts natural beauty, rich history, and cultural heritage. Its name, derived from the Gaelic “Port-an-Righ,” means “King’s Port,” highlighting its historical importance as a royal port. Today, Portree is a lively community blending traditional charm with modern amenities.

Crashed Skye - Had an amazing time on the tour. Owen our guide was witty, fun, energetic and an all around good guy. The trip to the Isle of Skye was quite lovely. The scenery was breathtaking. The walk to and around the fairy pools was the highlight of the trip. The pools were quite a sight, not one to be seen quite like it anywhere in the world. The drive back down from the fairy pools did take close to an hour. There was a lot of bumper to bumper traffic. Hopefully they can somehow get that road widened somehow because it can get a tad scary when two busses are trying to squeeze by one another. And lastly, right near Eilean Donan castle a worker in a small tractor decided to pull out in front of our bus. Owen did his best to brake and miss colliding into the vehicle, but it was impossible to stop in time. Well, this to say the least ended our trip. The bus was undriveable, and all of the passengers had to disembark from the bus. Owen called for assistance and luckily another driver in a van showed up. I believe his name was Donnie. He did an amazing job of making calls and figuring out how to get 39 passengers back to Inverness. He stayed with us the while until a bus showed up with enough room for all of us to get safe passage back to Inverness. Both of your drivers are to be commended. They did their best in a less than ideal situation, but they kept their cool and rose to the occasion. I believe it's moments when things can go awry when a person truly shows his mettle. Both of your drivers did just that on this trip. I will also like to commend the driver of the bus who picked us up, and drove us back to Inverness. He wasn't part of this tour group but he took care of us anyway. Good to see all of the bus drivers working together.

Amazing Scottish Tour - Good tour, tour guide talked so much it was hard to absorb and enjoy the scenery, so we didn’t give it 5 stars. He was nice, knowledgeable and congenial. The hard rock in the beginning want enjoyable but maybe just us. All in all, the tour was great, even with the rain. So many amazing views and places. Well worth the money.

The tour was fine. The... - The tour was fine. The first few stops are just rushed and there isn’t much context of where we were going, history, etc. it would be great if they provided some materials/instruction on what to do at each stop. A snack/water stop that isn’t a bar or whiskey shop is highly recommended. Overall a good way to visit the fairy pools and see the main sights quickly in a one (long) day trip but not the best tour.

many useless stops - Too crowded, overpriced, many useless stops. You don’t get to see the Fairy Pools (you get 1:30 hrs to run towards them and get back in time, imposibile to reach). I chose this exact trip specifically for the pools.

Last minute cancellation - They canceled less than 12 hours before departure. Main reason why we went to Inverness was to take this tour and this tour company canceled the last minute & had to find private tour at last minute. Avoid this highland tour company at any cost and book with other company who has no last minute cancellation record.
