Beer and whisky made sharing some equipment - I had a great time on the tour at Uilebheist Distillery & Brewery. It's such an interesting setup—some of the equipment is used for both brewing beer and distilling spirits, which you don't see every day! Super efficient and pretty clever, honestly. Also likes the use of renewable energy. The guide made everything easy to follow, even if you're not a total drinks nerd. I also really appreciated their use of renewable energy—it's nice to see sustainability actually being put into practice. And the best part? The beer and spirits taste amazing. A really fun, unique experience all round.

New brewery, new ideas and plenty of experience - We had Michael as the guide, we did a 6:30 tour. Michael was very informative, approachable & allowed us to ask questions. The tour had plenty of props to keep us all interested. In the group there was a variety of different nationalities of people from all over the world & different knowledge understandings in relation to this with distilling. Michael catered to this when communicating throughout the tour. The distillery is in a smaller area & has a small team but it is an up & coming distillery. They are making use of limited space very well & I’d imagine in a few years time they would have doubled their size. Honestly I really enjoyed this tour. The beer & whisky tasting at the end was enjoyable. If I had one bit of feedback it would be Michael did seem a bit flat/tired in his delivery. Honestly I think it was most likely fatigue as I spoke to him the previous day when booking the tour.

Terrific Tour, Tasting & Lunch - We had a group tour for 13 with Fraser. They have a very impressive operation and he did a terrific presentation. We followed the tour with a tasting and then lunch at the Glen Mhor Waterside Restaurant. Top marks all around!

Accessible, informative, and super fun! - We booked the accessible tour of the Uile-Bheist brewstillery, as I'm a wheelchair user, and I was delighted by how much my husband and I enjoyed the tour! It was made especially enjoyable by our enthusiastic tour guide Annie, they were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and truly made me feel included despite being unable to drink, chatting about the history, process, and especially the folklore around the distillery whilst making both of us feel comfortable and included! The great thing about this facility is that you can see the whole aparatus on the ground and upper floors, so even though I couldn't go upstairs I didn't miss out on any of the experience. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the drinks, and I had some delicious soft drinks and the refreshing water which comes directly from the remarkably clear River Ness. Overall it was an amazing experience, and I want to emphasise just how much Annie made our day, truly a gifted communicator and a really cool person in general :) Fully recommend, and can't wait to go back in the future when their own in-house whisky is matured and ready to taste!

Great Event - Our guide, Richard, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. Tasting part of the tour was a bit lacking.

Original and very interesting visit. - Interesting explanation of beer and whisky production processes. As the equipment is small scale they are easier to see and touch. Good sensory experience in the taste of beer and newly distilled whisky. Prices above average, even for Scotland. Very interesting visit.

Interesting Tour - Very interesting tour with a knowledge guide - and plenty of samples! The tours do get busy so it's probably better to book online in advance.

Informative but overpriced - It was a very informative tour but the upstairs area was hot and too long standing listening to the presenter. Thought it was over priced considering you only received one nip of whisky and a tiny glass of beer. I note the distillery is still a year off having its own whisky available for tasting.
