A memory for life - We had a perfect day with George, who took really good care of us all day long. Never had a guide with more knowledge than this guy. Worth a trip to Scotland just to go on a tour with George.

Informative and fun Speyside tour! - We had an amazing day touring the Speyside area and going to whisky tastings at Cardu, The Glenvivet, Glenfiddich, and Glenfarclas. Sarah, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the area and took us to off the beaten track areas as well. We learned more about Scottish history and explored another area of Scotland! What an incredible day! Highly recommend this tour!

Speyside distillery tour - Visiting the Cooperage was very interesting. We got to visit 3 distilleries. Unfortunately, they weren't all the ones we had requested. When we sent the ones we wanted to visit and it was acknowledged, there was no communication that we had to go online and prepurchase our own tickets. We knew we had to pay for them, but thought that we would pay at each distillery and that the guide would have made all the reservations. The tour guide at Glenfarclas was awesome. Best distillery tour we ever attended.

Strong accent - George was very nice. However, his microphone didn’t work the first payof the day. Even when it was fixed, his accent was soooo strong none of us could understand what he was saying.

Irresponsibility and lack of commitment - I made a reservation almost 15 days ago, which was promptly confirmed. I contacted the operator, wondering if glenfiddith would actually be included, as mentioned in the advertisement, however, I did not receive a response. Less than 24 hours before the tour, I received information that it would not be possible to go to Glenfiddith, but only to others. Obviously I was frustrated, as the service was not correctly advertised. I also asked about a tour in another place, I received a harsh response from the operator, making fun of my question (lack of dealing with tourists, I'm from another country and I don't know the local peculiarities - for that I need a guide!). The operator simply canceled it, as it would not be possible to take us to Glenfiddith, even though I stated that I wanted to continue with the tour!!!! He canceled because I didn't like that the tour was changed, even after we explained that we wanted to do the tour! We were left stranded, in Inverness, without being able to get another reservation in time, with accommodation paid for, car reserved and everything else… we lost time and money. He is certainly not a professional operator who knows how to guide tourists and who is responsible for other people's time and money. Don't fall into the trap, don't book with this operator!!!!
