Fantastic tour with a great guide - The best and most genuine local tour I've had in Vietnam so far, especially because the guide, Vincent, was just fantastic! He was extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and made sure that I was always safe and comfortable. And best of all, he was always ready to answer my questions and tell me about local culture. The bike tour was relaxing and a lot of fun, without rushing, which I appreciated. We cruised through beautiful rural areas, with a couple of stops for resting and cold sugar cane juice. The basket boat trip surrounded by water coconut trees and a bit of crab fishing were also a lot of fun. The place was crowded with tourist boats but that's unavoidable this time of the year. The tour ended with a lunch of delicious Cau Lau at a small local place. Highly recommended tour to experience a slice of rural Vietnam at a relaxing pace.

Heartwarming experience going out and about in Hoi An. - We had heard about Cham Cham Travel from another family’s blog, and were definitely not disappointed with the suggestion. From the get go, when I reached out to Vincent through Watsapp he was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to our family of four with two young children. We asked for a semi-customized tour around Hoi An that incorporated aspects of a previous tour featured on Cham Cham’s website that included aspects of Hoi An daily life. We began the day with Vincent personally picking us up from our hotel with big smiles and a great positive energy to start the day. Vincent treated us to some traditional Vietnamese coffee before we headed over to the pottery village to try our hand at cup and bowl making. We carried on after that to sample some local rice crackers (the kids had a blast smashing the big sheets), and then to the rice paddies where a water buffalo was waiting for us! It was a real experience sitting bareback on the huge animal, and we were amazed our two year old wasn’t intimidated at all. After that it was on to ride the famous Hoi An coconut boats. Vincent had already pre-arranged two lovely boatsmen for us so there was no need to haggle. We had a great time paddling downriver through the dense nipah palm trees and were even offered to do some fishing for small crabs hiding inside the fronds. One word of advice is to make sure you apply ample sunscreen because the entire trip takes almost an hour. There’s also the option to pay extra (VND 100/pax) for the thrilling coconut boat spin. Our fina treat of the day was when Vincent surprisingly invited us back to his home for a homecooked meal by his family. It was fulfilling and absolutely delicious, and we felt it was more meaningful than any restaurant meal that would have been included in any other tour. Hats off to Vincent for planning the perfect day for us. For a very professional and personalised experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vincent’s services to anyone.

It was a good experience. - It was nice to be able to move around while watching the natural scenery. Recommended for those who are confident in their physical strength as they travel long distances by bicycle. I ate lunch at the restaurant. They take a lot of pictures in a nice place.

Hoi An Basket Boat Tour - We are so grateful to have Vincent as our wonderful tour guide. He planned the itinerary to suit our needs.Though it was a raining season but our family thoroughly enjoyed the basket boat ride especially my children who had so much fun catching fishes in the river. After the boat ride, Vincent took us to his house and we had a lovely home cooked Vietnamese meal (ingredients 80%from his garden ,simply organic !)prepared by his mum n wife. It was indeed a heart warming meal during the raining season! Thank you again to Vincent n family for their hospitality and kindness rendered to us. Highly recommended!

A Memorable Tour with Exceptional Hospitality - The food prepared by the Vincent family was like a grand feast, filled with dishes that were not only delicious but also made with such care and love. Each dish seemed to tell its own story, and every bite was bursting with flavor, making the meal unforgettable. Their hospitality didn’t stop there. They took us to many wonderful places, including a memorable basket tour. Although the rain came down steadily, it couldn’t dampen our spirits. Instead, it added a unique touch to the day, making it feel like a fun and adventurous outing. One of the most special moments was when Vincent showed us his home garden. It was more than just a garden—it was a peaceful haven full of vibrant flowers, lush greenery, and an incredible variety of fruits and vegetables. The beauty of it all left us speechless, as if we had stepped into a hidden paradise. It was truly a sight to behold and a perfect way to end the day.
