Enjoyed the class - I had a lovely time at this class, they first take you to the local market to show you the ingredients you’ll be using. The food itself was lovely and easy to follow along and I am looking forward to trying at home. The host Hon was lovely and made the class very enjoyable.

It's worth it! - Overall, it was a very rewarding experience. The market tour was very interesting and could have gone even longer. The boat tour was also not bad, even if it was quite crowded and very touristy. The cooking class with Dim was the highlight as the instructions and explanations were very good and the food tasted super delicious. The location is also very suitable for this. Info: Only cash payment is possible.

Very hands on - We were picked up on time from our hotel. We had an informative walk around the food market with our guide Mo. Then a short trip to the cooking school. Before cooking we had a ride on basket boats, which felt fun and safe. The cooking demonstration from Mo was excellent. Very easy to follow steps and we did a lot of the cooking of our own meals. We made 4 delicious dishes, including fresh spring rolls and crispy pancakes. We ate each course as we made it, which worked out great.

10/10 experience!!! - This was a 10/10 experience! We had Hơn as our guide and chef. At the markets he was informative about all the produce and took time to explain the various local dishes that can be made with each item. During the cooking class he went above and beyond with the various different steps and made sure that there were substitutes for my coeliac partner. The food we ate was delicious! The boat ride was very enjoyable with spinning, fishing and signing.
