- Bánh Mỳ - Vietnamese Bread so much around the world - Banh Mi is a Vietnamese-style sandwich with various fillings – minced meat, liver pate, and fresh vegetable.
- Vietnamese Crispy Pancake with Shrimp and Meat - Banh xeo of the restaurant is offered to the guests with a beautiful yellow. The outside is crispy while the inside is soft and tender
- Wonton and White Rose cakes - White Rose dumpling which is made from simple ingredients of rice flour and fresh shrimp.
- Bánh Xoài, Bánh Cam, Bánh Ít - A deep-fried glutinous rice ball in southern Vietnamese cuisine, filled with mung bean paste and coated with sesame seeds.
Additional Information
Being an energetic person and passionate about discovering the world around me, I have formed a great passion for travel. In 2015, I began working as a tourguide, where I had the opportunity to taught and shared all of my friends about Vietnamese culture and cuisine. I have over 5 years of experience leading visitors to destinations throughout Central Vietnam, which has given me insight into the interests and passions of every traveler around the world. Because I was born in Hoi An Ancient Town, close to historical sites and assembly halls, I have a better understanding of the history here as well as Hoi An cuisine. This prompted me to embark on this tour.

Amazing food and plenty of it ❤️ - What a wonderful evening with our guide Emily! We really enjoyed it and the food was truly beyond delicious - some of the best food we've had in Vietnam. I'm so pleased I picked this for my family as it was a small group, and they were so good with my relatively small kids. I wondered if I was going to be too much of the same thing as we did a food tour in Hanoi but the dishes were completely different (and of the region!) Thanks again for everything!

Hole in the wall wonders - Great tour, professional and polite. Will take your preferences into account well still taking you to some hole in the wall wonders and some popular tourist spots.

Friendly Guide, Hidden Gems - Great tour! Our guide, Nhat, was friendly and informative. We first toured the local fields and heard about the common crops harvested here as well as the dishes made from then. We had banh xeo, banana blossom salad, spring rolls, dumplings, banh mi, hoi an noodles, and smoothies/juice for dessert. Overall, it was very filling and I really enjoyed everything. They customized the tour well also, given people's allergies and food restrictions. Highly recommend.

A MUST DO TOUR IN HOI AN! - Unbelievably fun and enjoyable tour that was personalised for us to ensure we tried food that a tourist would not come across in Hoi An. We were also taught about the history of Hoi An and shown businesses of the local people who were super lovely. This tour is catered in such a way to show you the true side of Hoi A that we as tourists would not have seen.
Emily was a brilliant host, and a massive thank you to Billy for being so attentive and caring! A must do tour in Hoi An!

Best tour guide in Vietnam! - This was one of the best food tours we’ve ever done. Billy has great taste! We went back to multiple places we tried on the tour because they were truly the best of the city. Always great to explore with a true local! He also gave us great recommendations for after the tour which is so appreciated. He customized the tour based on our mood and preferences also, so it didn’t feel so rehearsed like many food tours. best street food tour ever! - Billy and Tam were a superstar team. Everything from the booking to the experience was absolutely flawless.
