8:30 - We’ll pick you up from your address in Hoi An to start the day with a warm-up cycling session through the picturesque countryside. We’ll pass by local rice fields, orchards, and perhaps even a market for a closer look at everyday life.

Upon arriving at a village pier, it’s time for a short ride in a traditional basket boat, meandering through the channels of the Nipa palm (also known as Coco-palm) mangrove forest.

After disembarking, we’ll proceed to Thanh Dong, an organic farm managed by the village elders. Here, local farmers will warmly welcome you and share the story of their community-based project. Following an engaging conversation, you’ll be invited to participate in their daily tasks, such as applying organic manure, making organic pesticides to control and prevent pests, cultivating the soil for planting, and watering.

Once the gardening activities are complete, you’ll return to the farmers’ house and use the produce harvested from the organic vegetable garden to cook a Vietnamese lunch with our host. Enjoy your meal with the dishes you’ve prepared at a garden-setting table (weather permitting). We’ll return to your hotel by bicycle around 13:00. End of our services.
