Upon arrival to cooking school you can catch fish and crab in the river and our pond. We will then grind rice in a stone wheel to make rice flour in the old way. With handmade rice flour and the fresh ingredients you purchased in the markets, we are ready to Cook! we follow the menu : Banh Xeo, Fried Noodles with seafood, Vermicelli with grilled pork. And also, Goi Cuon Tom, or prawn spring rolls.Each dish is demonstrated by master chef first, then it’s your turn to replicate at your individual cooking station and make your own delicious Vietnamese appetizer.
