fertilise with seaweed, including stomping in the seaweed
sow the plants, and
water them with two watering cans in the traditional way.
- Hoi an basket boat and cooking tour - Coconut Forest where we will test the seafarer in you as you will take a ride in a bamboo basket boat giving you a chance to fish for crabs.
You will learn how locals throw out the big fishing nets and you will get to try this for yourself.
Your local guides will demonstrate their amazing skills at making watches, fish, and grasshoppers from coconut leaves which they will then give to you as souvenirs.

The first destination is Tra Que Vegetable Village, where visitors will meet a local family and observe their daily life. The family will demonstrate the various tasks involved in vegetable cultivation. Participants will then have the opportunity to work…
PROGRAM:
8:00am/1:30pm: Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang city.
The first destination is Tra Que Vegetable Village, where visitors will meet a local family and observe their daily life. The family will demonstrate the various tasks involved in vegetable cultivation. Participants will then have the opportunity to work the soil, fertilize with seaweed, sow plants, and water them using traditional methods with two watering cans.
The next adventure includes a delightful ride on a water buffalo, where guests can learn how to maintain balance or capture memorable photos with the buffalo.
Following the buffalo ride, the tour continues to the Coconut Forest. Here, participants can embrace their inner seafarer by taking a ride in a bamboo basket boat, offering a chance to fish for crabs and explore the Coconut Jungle.
The tour will then proceed to a lantern-making shop, where guests can enjoy crafting their own small lantern to take home as a souvenir. This activity is enjoyable for both children and adults.
The tour concludes with a return to the hotel.
