• Heredia - One of the first places that we will visit is the province of Heredia, well known as “ la provincia de las flores” passing by the town of Barva and then going to Heredia downtown.
• San Rafael - After passing through the center of Heredia we began to climb the hills to visit the town of San Rafael of Heredia in where we visit El monte de la cruz park and surroundings areas.
• San Jose de la Montana - We pass through the town of San jose de la montaña and Sacramento at the foot of the Barva volcano, beautiful views and nature are seen in this part of the tour.
• Vara Blanca - We will visit the town of Vara Blanca famous for its delicious strawberries. The fresh air, nature and incredible views will delight you in this part of the tour where we reach La Paz Waterfall.
• Poasito - After visiting La Paz Waterfall and on the way back we travel through the town of Poasito at the foot of the Poas volcano, some 45 minuts away from Alajuela.
