Awesome experience - I have no complaints about the tour. Pick up was on time (they offer a few pick up locations). The bus was very comfortable my daughter and I slept well. Breakfast is not included but we stopped by a breakfast restaurant which also had a souvenir shop. My tour guide was Guillermo, he was attentive, nice, informative and very professional. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, spider monkeys & even a small deer in Isla Tortuga. Snorkeling was my favorite! I definitely recommend it! Enjoy!

Go for it! - Great tour guide, classy bus, and fun staff for the island tour and snorkelling. Got a bit wet on the way back but that was the direction of the wind. Such a great day.

Had so much fun! - Tour was great! Jay, one of our guides was so friendly and kind. Got picked up around 6:30am, bus was super comfortable, making the 1.5ish hour drive to the marina enjoyable. Stopped for breakfast on the way that was cheap and did the job. Boat ride from marina to island was about 35 minutes, we saw crocodiles and dolphins. Guides on the boat were so nice and knowledgeable about the island. Snorkeling was awesome, saw a bunch of fish and felt very safe. We relaxed on the beach for about three hours, was great - there are cocktails and food options there as well. Got picked up around 4pm to embark back to the marina to get on the bus. Only negative was the traffic on the way home, took us probably 3 -3.5 hours to get home, which was out of the tours control. Would definitely recommend!

Great day trip! - Had a fantastic time and the scenery was beautiful. The tour guide was fantastic and very informative. Enjoyed snorkeling. Kayaking and swimming. There is plenty of time to enjoy the island. A must do i- f you have the time. Oh and the pina colada spot on!

Alonso is the best! - It was amazing, despite the weather being gloomy it was so beautiful. Alonso our tour guide was truly the best. Knowledge, caring and always paying attention to his guest. So thank you from Roai lol

Amazing! - Beautiful island tour to rewind from busy San Jose. Everything was perfect, snorkeling and water activities and just enjoying the beach. Tour service was excellent! My 11 year old daughter loved it!

William was a wonderful... - William was a wonderful guide and we felt very safe. The bus was very comfy however it was chilly so wear something warm for that. We sighted a crocodile and dolphins on the way to the island!! Snorkeling was a blast and we saw 4/5 different fish along with 2 different star fish. great day, wear sunscreen.

Our tour guide Alonso and... - Our tour guide Alonso and the team on the boat is what made the experience enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable about the islands and the wildlife, and always took time out to check on us. The bus was comfortable especially dealing with Costa Rican traffic, and stopping for breakfast was a good break in between. Yes some things are not mentioned in the description of what you have to pay for at the beach. Overall I enjoyed my experience, just remember to bring some extra cash.

Very unprofessional and fraudulent - They did not pick me up on my tour date, and did not send any communication prior and would not pick my calls on the day of. They also failed to offer a refund. I had to do a chargeback with my credit card company.
