The on-bike preliminary session starts on asphalt bike paths away from traffic and includes:

The on-bike road and trail biking session includes:

• Hand signals with steering control
• Hazard avoidance maneuvers

Debra Stefan Cycle Trainer - I had not been on a bicycle since I was a teenager, but Debra Stefan reintroduced to the fun of cycling. We rode the beautiful Henderson Bike Trails, and it was an enjoyable experience as well as good cardio exercise. After a few months of riding the trails I bought my own bicycle a Scott 29 inch hybrid.

Learn new skills and ride the spectacular trails in and around Henderson! - I love to ride my bike and was thrilled to learn that I could sign up to bike the spectacular trails where Debra took us. I also learned more about my bike and how to use the gears to me advantage.

I lost a total of 18 pounds in 4 weeks. - A means to get healthy and fit combined with a beautiful residence with wonderful food. I would highly recommend spending time with Debra.

Most fulfilling. - The experience was life changing. I will always be grateful for my fitness expert. I hope to make it an annual event. It was a safe and nurturing environment. Many amenities were available. The meals were nutritious and healthy. The host was very accommodating and attentive.

The ultimate scenic bike tour - I took this bike tour with Debra Stefan and it was so well worth it. Her knowledge of bikes, the local terrain, experience, and her ability to make me feel comfortable was superb. It was so impressive to just really enjoy the bike tour and let her lead the way. It was very engaging if you wanted it to be or just a relaxing very scenic ride if you wanted that too. I really liked how she made sure everyone stayed together and was very patient for less experienced riders. Debra is one of those rare people that eat, sleeps, and breathes bikes, so who better to give this bike tour than her. If your looking for a great biking experience, picturesque scenic views, from one of the very best guides around then this is the bike tour you have been looking for. Definitely would do again, and again.

A Refreshing Escape on Two Wheels with Vegas Fitness Retreats - As someone who enjoys both fitness and exploring scenic spots, the "3 Hour Bike Tour and Learn Scenic Trail Ride" in Henderson offered by Vegas Fitness Retreats was an irresistible option. This tour promises a blend of exercise with breathtaking views and it did not disappoint.
The tour started on time, with our friendly guide, who was not only knowledgeable about the trails but also keen on ensuring everyone was comfortable with their bikes. The bikes provided were well-maintained and suited to the terrain, which ranged from easy to moderately challenging, making it enjoyable for all skill levels.
Riding through the trails of Henderson, the landscape unfolded beautifully around us, offering panoramic views that were simply spectacular. The guide made several stops along the way to explain the historical and ecological significance of the areas we passed through, enriching the experience further.
What I particularly appreciated was the pace of the tour—it was relaxed enough to allow everyone to soak in the surroundings without feeling rushed, yet brisk enough to get a good workout. The overall atmosphere was friendly, making it easy to connect with fellow riders.

Bicycling Desert Vistas with a Certified trainer - Bicycle class with Debra was a fun experience and at the same time I learned some skills for safe bike riding in the city. Vegas traffic can be kind of intimidating but Deb has a safe and protected bike lane behind her house which is where we did some drills for skill development. And the views are great! Then the group hit the open road. Deb has excellent knowledge of the trails and bike routes in Henderson. There are some really nice trails if you know where to go, and she does.
