It was well organized, we... - It was well organized, we paid for a boat ride at glacier lagoon but couldn’t ride the boat as someone else took our slot, it should be more organized to confirm the ticket before you ride the boat as someone else took our spot. We got the refund however missed the boat ride experience. I hope your team take better measures to ensure their group members are not left behind

An Outstanding Day! One I will remember for a long time! - We did the Black Beach & Plane Wreck ATV Tour Icelandic mountain guides Our guide Gunnlaugur F. margretarson “Gunnar” was great! Took good care of us and not only showed us the Sólheimasandur DC-3 plane wreck but took us on a long ride down the black sand beach for a second stop. His stories were appreciated. He keeps you interested- wanting to hear more. He covered plane wreck, the ancient volcano Katla eruption. We could also see the Mýrdalsjökull glacier. We went in June. Nice day. No rain. Still suggest gloves as part of your attire. We doubled up on ATVs which worked out perfectly. loved it! FANTASTIC!

Fun trip - Very well organized tour guide. She knew her stuff and was handling 3 different tours very effectively with managing the timeline.

Amazing!!!!! - I absolutely loved this tour, the weather may of been the let down, yet never stopped us and our guide getting us to every spot, torrential rain strong winds! Yet we continued. I couldn’t be more happy with this tour and personally worth the money. Was given enough time, while enjoying the sites and everything was brilliant. Couldn’t thank our guide enough, even waiting for the others at the glacier he took us elsewhere to see another spot not listed. I really enjoyed this tour and I’m sure those who love photography and seeing everything listed will too. Thank you yet again for our guide.

Emergency landing 1973 on the beach - The plane wreckage on the south coast of Iceland will eventually disappear, so we wanted to visit this attraction. Since it is more time consuming in winter due to all the snow and ice than in summer, we decided to take the shuttle there. Even in the summer, you'd have about 50 Take minutes... We booked through Icelandia, a day before and everything worked out great. There you have 45 minutes to take photos, unfortunately people still climb on the wreck to post best photos elsewhere and you wait until everyone has descended there. The wreck has already been used for music videos or commercial productions.

Amazing Tour - 10/10 recommend. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and interactive with the group. Be sure to bring snacks or buy food at any of the rest locations that the guide stops at. Make sure to wear the proper clothing, especially hiking boots and waterproof clothing. I would recommend wearing multiple layers to adjust as the weather can be unpredictable. Overall the tour was beautiful and took us to all the amazing sights on the Southern coast.

Customer Service Is Horrible - Beware! We booked this excursion two times. Money was taken from credit card and stayed pending two times with two different cards. We called customer service. They told us the computer systems were down and they would call us back. We called the next day. Spoke to a nee person that said the systems are down and they would call us back. Neither rep called back. There are only 2 companies that offer this tour. The other, we werent interested in. We asked to pay cash in person since the computer wouldnt make the transaction. They said no and never called back. We had to drive there for 3hrs ourselves. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I cant figure out if the system was really malfunctioning or they didnt want "US" to come. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. 0/10.

Disappointing - Trip was not as in the iternary, first of all pick Up was late even though I was the first one it Started after 8:30. First of they had skipped both skogafoss and gljufrabui falls and when asked to take there it was agreed and At seljalandsfoss we were given only 20 min and not 30 as in iternary, and then gljufrabui was skipped and upon continuous asking the guide said it is not in the iternary on arctic adventure. Skogafoss was given hardly 5-7 min.
