Well organized Cairo International Airport Meet & assist with transfer to hotel - I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we received during our today's trip.
From the very beginning, the airport pick-up organized by Mr. Adel and his team was incredibly well-coordinated. We were greeted pleasantly just before immigration, and the guidance provided for the immigration and luggage pick-up services made the process smooth and stress-free.
Additionally, the arrangement of a SIM card was a thoughtful touch that helped us stay connected throughout our journey. Our driver, an experienced and friendly gentleman, navigated Cairo’s tricky traffic with ease, ensuring we arrived at our destination quickly and safely.
Overall, the efficiency and professionalism displayed by your team made our arrival seamless and enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience memorable!

Airport meet and greet service and hotel transfer - They are so helpful,got the invitation letter which help me to get instant visa,as this is one of the prime requirement for visa,and as reached at Cairo, representative from nuba was available before immigration and helped me to get bag and and clear the immigration,and was soo smooth .than dropped me at private car which drop me at my hotel.
It was smooth and easy
Was little nervous that how it wil be done,but done soo smoothly.

A smooth immigration assistance - Immigration and everything felt like a breeze after a long flight… The meet and greet person was friendly and helpful… We weren’t asked a single question by the immigration official… We just collected our luggages and headed straight to our private vehicle… The driver was efficient and professional as well…

Unorganized Misleading Service - I should’ve known from the sign with shaky hand written name that there was something odd. I have approached the guy and immediately he pointed to me the direction of passport control and said “ i will be waiting after passport control”. I didn’t need someone to show the direction that is the airport signs job, what we all need of this service is to pass passport control in a fast track. Well that didn’t happen and went through a 30+ minutes line.
At the baggage claim area, no one was there, once i got my bag and heading to customs another guy approached me and identified me, apparently the first guy took a picture of me and shared it with others. He handed me his mobile and it was the guy who was supposed to escort me from the beginning. He told me he will be waiting outside by the transport vehicle.
Went through customs alone, there was no hassle.
Outside, i had to contact the reservation office of this service, i had their number when reservation was made by Email.
It was too much crowded out side, i took several pictures and send it to them so they know where i was standing. Around 10-15 minutes, finally my hero of the day showed up with a 12 passengers van to pick a solo traveler.
Bottom line, this service is a basic airport transfer from airport to your hotel destination and you can get that for less than half of the price they charged and in a better comfy saloon vehicle.
