Full day safari - We had originally booked a half day safari but there was some complications with their half day vehicle so we were upgraded to a full day safari at no additional cost. Our guide was amazing! She was very in tune with her surroundings and spotted even the tiniest of animals we had no clue were even there. We saw 4/5 of the big 5 and she searched everywhere for the lions to make it 5 for 5. She had plenty of knowledge and shared great stories with us.

Great team and Experience- Highly recommend the team. - We have just been in Neslspruit from the UK and went on safari twice with the team. It was great and we saw the big 5 and much more. As a team go the extra mile and are not clock watchers. Really educated us about Kruger and the animals. Would highly recommend. Thanks Lise and Jacob.

Great Game Drive - It was a very cold morning as the driver picked us up at our Airbnb. We were well prepared but in the open safari vehicle at 50 k per hour to get to the park we were near frozen. As the sun rose, it warmed quickly and we enjoyed a very good day. The guide was well informed and found four of the big five. The one we could not find was the leopard. We booked a night drive at the park gate reception at Crocodile Bridge for $35C and it was quite good as well.

Friendly and informative - We booked for a morning drive, but that driver was sick, they upgraded us to a full day drive at no extra charge, picked us up at our lodge in the cold early hours of the morning, within the first hour we already saw 4 out of the big 5, only didn't get to see a rhino. The guide is loaded with information and we really enjoyed our day our.

Not worth it - This turned out to be a waste of time. They picked us up at 10.30 and then we waited for 2 hours at the park gate for the drivers to sort out what they were doing. Then we set on the drive through the park and there wasn't anything special to what the guide was providing. I guess I was expecting him to get us to places where we wouldn't think of going ourselves or wouldn't get to without a 4x4. Well, the roads there are good enough for you to move around with any car (outside of a Ferrari, perhaps) and the driver didn't seem to have any "secret sauce". Yes, we saw elephants, giraffes and buffaloes, but there are plenty of those and hard to miss. No rhinos or cats or crocs - after 4+ hours of driving. And then there was the driver himself. First, he was doing a poor job of avoiding the worst washboard spots on dirt roads and the vehicle was vibrating like hell. Second, he gave us a very annoying lecture about keeping quiet in the vehicle because we were supposedly scaring off the animals. Well, my 7 and 9 y.o. kids were excited to see stuff and wanted to share their excitement with us and ask questions. They weren't screaming or anything, just talking. If the rumbling of the truck doesn't scare the animals, some people chatter shouldn't matter. My bottom line is that we would have a much better time driving ourselves in our Corolla - our own schedule, stop where we want to and not stop where we dont, air conditioned, and talk among ourselves all we want. There are good maps of the park and GPS, you dont need the guide... Oh, and they also ran my card twice when paying the entrance fee to the park...

TERRIBLE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! - Terrible! When my friend and I booked and paid we thought they’d be in contact with us to organise a pick up location and time. Only for us to be phoning them non-stop. Once we got through they told us that they were not operating due to covid-19, they would only start operating from the 1st of October. So my question is why didn’t the tour company block out the dates they knew they wouldn’t be operating? Instead of having us book and pay? When we asked the owner of the tour company how to get a refund he simply shrugged us off and said that tripadvisor would refund the money, which wasn’t true, because Tripadvisor needs to contact the host for a refund and up until now they cannot get a hold of the host tour company. A complete display of unprofessionalism. I would not recommend these guys at all! Terrible experience!
