Experience of a life time! - Over all this tour was the best I’ve ever been on! Melvin, our guide was a wealth of historical and scientific information. Very helpful and courteous! Please give him a raise! lol! If I could give a rating, it will be 10!

Beautiful views, culture, and humor - We enjoyed both beauty and culture on this trip. Mel is a very good singer and storyteller and full of knowledge! Hawaii should be proud to have him!

Great Tour Item - The tour driver was very knowledgeable on all the tour stops as well as very curtious. He really made the experience memorable.

Very fun day - This tour was a long day. But it was perfect because I knocked off so many things I wanted to see off my list! Our tour guide Mel was very knowledgeable about all the sights and history of things we were seeing. I never felt rushed when we made our stops. We were able to see so many amazing things which made for great pictures! I thought the black sand beach was amazing and the volcano national park was breathtaking!

Long topur but very worth it - It's a long day and you need to be able to walk a little. Guide is very well informed.You will witness all that is advertised. Many cool birds and flowers along the way. Most I had never seen before in my 63 years.

Great Way to See the Island - This was a great overview of the island, and is a wonderful choice if you have limited time to explore and want to see the highlights. We also did not have a personal car, so it's a great way to get around the island, plus not have to worry about parking. Mel was our tour guide and was AMAZING. The only downside was that everyone on our tour but us was flying out of Hilo on our afternoon, so we had to rush through the National Park in order to get them to their flights. We felt a little jipped due to that - didn't even know that airport drop-offs were possible and that it could affect our itinerary. We were told the waterfall stop was skipped due to the parking lot being under construction?? Overall, we would still recommend this tour; I guess it is just important

Tour Booking - **Tour guide Henry was great he was very knowledgeable, fun and engaging. ** The reason for the low rating is due to how the company scheduled this trip that ended up being cut short due to time restrictions. The company booked us with 2 other parties that had to be dropped off at 2 different airports one in Hilo and the other in Kona which is about 2 hours from each other. This meant they had to be dropped off at a certain time so they would not miss their flight. In addition we were with someone who was not physically able to get in and out the van or do the walking required which slowed down everyone else significantly. From my understanding they should have booked a private tour so that they would not slow everyone else down. As a result Henry could not take us to all of the attractions that were listed. This company should think about there tour guides and customer experiences more when booking these tours.

Left me broke with nothing to do - Please don’t collect monies for tours that are not fully booked or canceled. Your company tied up over $200 for a tour that I could not experience. To top it all off my money will not be refunded until 3-5 days after I was told that it was immediately refunded.
