Experience worth exploring! - This was an incredible experience, with customer service that excelled. From the organized greeting and ticket handoff with instructions on riding the train, to the tours at Hiroshima and Miyajima with our guide Hiro, the lunch she treated us to, and the easy return home...we had a most memorable time.

Tom is amazing! - We had an excellent tour with Tom. He was an efficient, friendly and organized guide who was very knowledgeable about every place we visited. It was a very hot day and he was thoughtful about including breaks in the shade during our times outside and encouraging us to drink water. He made our experience memorable and enjoyable!

Peace please. - Very extensive and a lot of walking. A valuable visit in history and the culture on the island. Excellent tour guide Kane and his assistant. Not to be missed.

Nice tour - We had a very nice tour of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and surrounding memorials. Our guide, Hiro, was excellent—knowledgeable, clear, and engaging in how he relayed the historical information. We were part of a large group, and unfortunately, a few participants were often late and delayed the schedule. Despite that, Hiro handled the situation with patience and professionalism, keeping the tour on track and making sure everyone had a meaningful experience. Highly recommended!

Easy way to see Hiroshima and Miyajima Island - Long day, but you get to hit the highlights of the Hiroshima bombing and Miyajima Island. I had not looked into Miyajima before, and was glad it was included. Lunch is also very good.

Perfect way to experience Hiroshima/Miyajima Island for the day if you're staying in Osaka - If you're staying in Osaka and looking to experience Hiroshima and Miyajima in a day without staying there overnight, this is the way to do it. At first, I was surprised by the high price point, but this is because the Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets alone are $150 round trip. Overall, this tour made visiting these places very easy and stress-free. It's a long day, but it's well paced, and lunch is included. Our guide, Tom, was very good and cared a lot about making sure we were staying on schedule and explained what we were seeing along the way. The downsides are that this is a popular excursion and you'll be with a lot of other guests. As with any larger group, it requires a lot more patience than a small or private group tour, so just keep that in mind. You'll be on a bus once you get to Hiroshima, but it's comfortable and there's no other practical way to get around the city. The Hiroshima Peace Memorial museum gets very crowded (not the fault of the tour operator) and you don't have much time there, but I feel like I saw enough, though some reviews complain that more time should be spent there. I'm glad we saw Miyajima, and the island is very pretty with a lot of good food and shopping in addition to the floating Torii gates that it's best known for. Overall, I'm really glad I did this tour and feel that it was worth it.

It really was a great tour!!! - Hiroshima was a moving city, all the history and history lives. Miyuky was an outstanding guide, as the assistant and the bus driver. And we had a great time in Miyayima, the great Torii and we can really enjoy the island. Great tour!

Beauty at every step. Amazing experience! - Amazing day! So well organized by tour operators m- allowed my son and I to fully appreciate two very different experiences in one day. Hiroshima was beautiful- both somber and hopeful/joyous at the same time. Mayijima was without a doubt one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited (and I have traveled all continents except Antarctica. Just enough time to enjoy each venue without feeling rushed. Tour guide- “Tom” was amazing. I recommend this tour 100%. A great day. Be prepared to walk your 10,000 steps or more, but it’s all worth it. Book this trip- you will not regret it!

Moving experience worth your time - Wonderfully moving experience when visiting Hiroshima that gives you a lot of perspective and moments of reflection regarding the events surrounding the dropping of the atomic bomb. Highly encourage others to experience this. The visit to Miyajima island was a good one despite the rain. A beautiful island worth a visit. Our guide was ok, however at times was hard to understand resulting in us missing information. We had just come off another tour (9 days) where the guide was fantastic and offered up so much information as we traveled around which this guide did not, he only offered the basic information needed which was disappointing. Overall though we are glad we did this experience.
