Spectacularly Curated - Truly spectacular- the highlight of our trip was the day spent with Alex. His organization of the day, transportation, wealth of knowledge, and locations were phenomenal. Our party of 10 was accommodated to top notch tastings and sights, memories made for a lifetime.

Wine tour to beautiful Rijoa with the best guide - What a fantastic trip to Rioja we had with San Sebastian Trip! Alex, our guide and driver picked us up at the hotel and we drove through beautiful countryside to Haro in Rioja. Here we visited 3 wineries where we had a wine tasting and got good information from local guides. The trip then stopped at a medieval town before we finished with a very good lunch. We give Alex and San Sebastian our best recommendations! Top! Vivi, Astrid, Anna & Kari

Great wine, great food, great sightseeing. - Alex picked us up on time. His van is very comfortable and he is a good driver. We liked the combination of wineries, pintxos and sightseeing in Rioja, it was the right mix. Alex was knowledgeable and personable! A very good day, I would highly recommend this activity!

A must do when visiting Northern Spain - This was a full day of wine tasting, pintxos and sightseeing. All great! Most of all our tour guide Alex was excellent! He is very personable, knowledgeable and went out of his way to allow us to have the best experience! We liked the Gomez-Cruzado winery the best as far as traditional wine tasting experience. We really enjoyed visiting local small towns too. Thank you very much!

Fabulous personalized wine tour! - This was a fabulous tour and Alex was great! He was very patient and very accommodating to our requests. We told him that we are big on food and he went above and beyond to make sure that our bellies are full as we sample the finest Rioja wine! He is also very warm and full of wonderful stories.

A great day - Def go with Alex!! He was great. We had a full day and the vineyards he chose were awesome. We had lunch at a wonderful place, and two other stops to walk around and for photo ops. Such a good value and terrific experience.

Amazing! - Alex was our guide for a vineyard tour in the Rioja region. We were the worst possible guests ever - not only were we 30 mins + late for the meet up, our friend was horribly ill with the stomach flu which left one side of Alex’s car in a mess. He couldn’t have been any more gracious… he picked us up with a smile, he thanked us for not making the mess INSIDE the car and he made sure our friend was comfortable for the rest of the trip. We aren’t exxagerating when we say this - Alex made our trip in San Sebastián. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for guided tours in the region. He is funny, knowledgeable, and has awesome taste in music which we continue to listen to today. This review is long overdue (we really are the worst guests) - but if and when we do return to San Sebastián, we will most definitely pick Alex to explore the region with!
