Excellent and Efficient for this tour of Harbin. - Our guide Sera was excellent. She made sure we were always prepared for the winter cold. She also always managed to get us to the front of the line and saved us a lot of time. Other times she saved us money by getting us in free since we were over 70. Highly recommend her.

5 out of 5 service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - Despite Harbin's extreme cold, we had a fantastic day there thanks to our knowledgeable and attentive tour guide, Joanna. She brought us to several excellent local restaurants and gave us a lot of information about everything. Mr. Chen, the driver, was also a really pleasant person. If you want to save time and energy in this chilly weather, we strongly suggest this service 👌👌

Great service and classical highlights tour - We did ice and snow festival private tour on 2023 winter,Harbin is too cold for us, we come from a tropical country, but Harbin tourism is very mature, travel agency has comprehensive service;purchase attraction entry ticket, warm winter clothes rental from top to toes , airport transfer, private vehicle with driver, all these services help us a lot for this Harbin winter trip, the previous worries did not happen. We hightly recommend you to travel to Harbin and free worry.

Great tour guide, great scenic spots and food - Our family went to the trip in 2019 (I couldn’t choose the year since I wrote it after a long time) and the tour guide was very welcoming and brought us to many different places and gave us a great introduction to Harbin. The tour guide’s English is good and we had a great time enjoying the places and the local food she introduced to us. Wonderful.

2-Day Happy Harbin Private Tour - We are American from Guangzhou. Samantha helps us arrange Harbin tours. Our family have a very happy winter holiday, for the 2 days’ itinerary and ice and snow activities are relaxed and free. We have done what we planned with Samantha Private Tour. Our children like to run on the snow ground, and there are many experiments about different ice and snow activities like snow tubing, ice slide, riding bikes on ice…. Children are very excited and happy. Samantha take our family to a clean and no-smoking restaurant for lunch, the food tastes very good, my children also like it. We highly recommend Samantha’s service for your coming winter holiday, it is very useful and can save lots of time in cold weather.

Harbin private tour - We booked a 2 ½ days tour in Harbin city with Harbin City tour and our tour guide was Sera, she showed us all the scenic spots that we choose explaining all the details and been very patient and kind taking us to every place. Helped us to book restaurant reservations, buying park entry tickets and etc. We really recommend Sera and Harbin city private tours.

Lovely Seeing All The Different Places in Harbin City - We are from Shanghai coming to Harbin for holiday. We found Harbin Private Tour Guide service on the Internet. They gave us a very good tour. We visited many places of interest. We enjoyed Harbin’s beauty and learned about the culture and history, also tasting the local delicious food. That’s really a relaxing and safe trip. But it is a pity that we didn’t see Ice Festival, because it is not open yet. I think we will come again during Chinese New Year. We will still use “harbinprivatetourguide"also highly recommend their service to you, especially the leader, Samantha, she is excellent, she also gives us some HARBIN T-SHIRT as souvenirs. Thanks for her useful work and warm heart.

What an experience! Like someone in your family is taking you around. - We did not plan to book this tour until the last minute. We figured out rather standing at a sub-zero weather street corner, trying to flag down a cab, it would be better for a couple of near 70 years seniors to have someone taking them around with private transportation. Sara is a charm, on top of taking us to all the places that we should be seeing and all kinds of food that we should be eating in Harbin, at all time, while going from one place to another she was holding on to my wife tightly to avoiding her from falling onto the icy ground. Some of the roads are slippy and they seldom use salt to deice like in U.S.. She was also our photographer, we had never taken so many pictures as couple on many other trips that we had taken. Since we are seniors, she did not miss to get our senior benefits. Some of them are so generous that are even better than that in the United States. She lets us feel that one of our close family member is showing us around the city. We have a great time seeing the city that I have long to visit.
