Cooking Class (3 hours and 3 dishes) & bonus 1 Egg Coffee
ITINERARY: - At 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM, you will be greeted at our eatery (56 Hang Buom Street).
- Select from the 9 chef-recommended dishes, then visit the nearby wet market to purchase fresh produce for the class and discover more about the Vietnamese cuisine you’ll be preparing for 1 hour.
- By 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM, return to the restaurant to start the food preparation and cooking process, which lasts for 2 hours.
- At 12:00 PM or 5:30 PM, sit down to savor the meal you’ve cooked with us!

Great with daisy - It was abdolutely amazing with daisy! Can recommend!!😍😍 When i‘m next time in hanoi i will definetly go again! Absolutely great

Cooking class was amaze! - We had an awesome time during the cooking class in Hanoi. Daisy hosted the session and it amazing. The food turned out to be so good too. Good way to understand the local flavours.

Amazing experience of learning Vietnamese cooking! - We had an amazing time in the cooking class at Hanoi. Daisy was the best host and guided us along with chef L to make the best dishes.
We started with a market visit to pick out fresh ingredients and then proceeded to make the food following step by step instructions. Lovely experience!

Germs within the old town, Hoang's Restaurant - The food is good especially the fish. The rice paper is non salty and tasty for wrapping the fish and veg. The spring rolls are authentic.

engaging host and interesting experience👍🏼 - the menu was very interesting and it was fun to learn how to cook vietnamese food from scratch which includes shopping for the ingredients in the market. host was really friendly and patient too

Food, culture & markets! - My partner & I booked the cooking class at 2pm. It started with egg coffee, before we chose 3 dishes to make from tradition Vietnamese/Hanoi recipes. Daisy- our host - was great! She took us around the local food markets & we picked out ingredients for cooking. Dragon, the Vietnamese chef, joined us upstairs for a private lesson and we are the food afterwards. I would highly recommend!

Great fun cooking class with DAISY - Just had a great cooking class and market tour with DAISY at Hoang's Cooking Class. Daisy greeted us when we arrived and talked us through the itinerary, made us comfortable and kept us updated with all the information we needed. She was very knowledgeable about the market traders and produce, and gave us lots of interesting information on the area and different types of food being sold. The cooking class was great fun and again Daisy talked us through the meals we had selected whilst being a great host & keeping the conversation flowing. At the end we ate the meals that we had prepared & were completely stuffed. Thanks Daisy for a great time!

Best cooking class with Daisy! - We did the cooking class with Daisy and it was the best experience we have had in Vietnam. We chose three dishes and then Daisy took us to the market and showed us around and she bought the ingredients. We then cooked our choices from scratch with Daisy and Dragon the Chef. Daisy is so lovely and helpful and she talked us through everything - the final meal was amazing, better than anything I've ever cooked before! If you're thinking of booking this, definitely book it, it is worth every penny - and ask for Daisy, she is amazing! Dragon the chef is also amazing! Highly recommend - better than other cooking classes!
