Old Quarter - Between 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM: Our guide will meet you at your hotel in the Old Quarter, and we will board the bus. Once everyone is on board, we will head straight to Halong Bay, enjoying the serene scenery of the countryside, farmlands, and the Red River Delta along the way….
Hanoi - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay - Overnight Cruise (L/D)
Old Quarter - Between 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM: Our guide will meet you at your hotel in the Old Quarter, and we will board the bus. Once everyone is on board, we will head straight to Halong Bay, enjoying the serene scenery of the countryside, farmlands, and the Red River Delta along the way. The drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours.
Halong Bay - This is a sample itinerary for the Lan Ha Bay Overnight 2 days 1 night Cruise:
11:30 - Arrival at Tuan Chau Harbour in Halong Bay.
11:30 - 12:00 - Board our tender from the wharf and head out onto the bay to board the luxurious Sapphire Cruise. You will be welcomed aboard with a complimentary drink. Our crew will conduct a mandatory safety briefing, after which you can check into your cabin and freshen up. Take some time to explore the vessel or enjoy the magical landscape.
13:15 - A special lunch featuring fresh seafood and a variety of delicious dishes will be served. We will set sail for Lan Ha Bay, passing Da Chong islet, where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago.
Lan Ha Bay - 14:00 - The cruise will enter the Cua Van area, leading to Lan Ha Bay, which is part of Halong Bay. The area is surrounded by extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. Guests can begin their adventure by kayaking and swimming in the bay’s crystal-clear waters.
17:00 - Return to the main boat and cruise to the overnight anchorage.
17:30 - Join the sunset party on the sundeck in a warm and romantic atmosphere, make friends with other group members, enjoy fresh local fruit, and listen to soft, light music.
18:00 - Participate in a cooking class on the cruise, where you will learn how to prepare and make spring rolls.
19:15 - Enjoy dinner in the onboard restaurant while taking in the nighttime views of Halong Bay.
20:45 - Free time to relax, chat, drink, sing karaoke, or go squid fishing.
Lan Ha Bay - Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L)
Lan Ha Bay - 06:00 - The morning is the best time of day on Lan Ha Bay. Head to the upper deck for our daily Tai Chi sessions. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee, or juice anywhere on the boat and watch the breathtaking scenery unfold.
06:30 - A light breakfast will be served in our restaurant (tea, coffee).
7:15 - 8:30 - Enjoy the final part of your trip to Dark & Bright Cave (a small cave not suitable for walking) and islets by local rowing boats, which offer a wild and mysterious beauty in the heart of this World Heritage site. Return to the main boat afterward.
09:00 - 9:15 - Check out of your cabin as we approach the mainland.
09:45 - Enjoy brunch on the boat.
10:45 - Board our tender and return to the wharf.
11:00 - 11:30 - Return to Tuan Chau Marina.
Halong Bay - Pass by Halong Bay on the way back to Tuan Chau Marina.
